Arby's - Fast food restaurant in Fairfield - 4445 Central Pl, USA

What you get and what you see in the pictures are totally different. Ordered Classic Cheese and New Roast beef with brisket. Couldn't tell the difference of what was what, but a thin slice of brisket. Soda tasted bitter and returned that and just horrible all around. Won't return

Love Arby's. I know it's not a 5 star restaurant but my experience on 1/28/24 was not ideal. The tenders were so overcooked my dog wasn't even interested. Its also not difficult to provide the au jus sauce that comes with a French dip! This isn't rocket science.

Parking lot is tight , but personal great, Sonia was out server and was great. Food hot and delicious. very clean in sitting area, a pleasure to eat and talk

Stopped by to try Arby's. It's been several years since eating at one. Food and service was great but it was a little pricey. We will come back.

We stopped by to get a bunch of sandwiches on our drive back from Sacramento. We don’t have an Arby’s near our home. We ordered over $45 in grub. We looked in the bags real quickly because we had been moved forward to wait for our order… and we were mostly blocking the exit lane. As we drove off, my wife noticed the ajus was missing.i didn’t have an easy way to go back and figured that I could make my own anyway. We got home 30 minutes later and found that my curly fries were missing and my chicken bites were BBQ instead of the buffalo that ordered. It is too far to go back and I don’t go that way more than 1 time a month so calling them would be a waste of tune. I am very disappointed in our experience.

They downsized the cups without saying anything, large is what was medium... No longer a bigger cup. Asked for a lot of Arby's sauce packets and they gave us two small sauce cups not even full filled up by staff. Not every time, but often and definitely this time they put very little jamoca shake syrup in the milk shake. It was like vanilla with a hint of something. Just slightly off-white instead of the lighter brown color. No chocolate sauce swirls or whipped cream on it, how the other stores do it. I get they are franchises so there can be some slight variations, but this seems off.

I love Arby's, pretty sure they're a drug front, even though they won't sell me anything other than banging food, but I'll keep the secret

Food is always exactly what you expect, service is fast but could use some friendliness. I was picking up and the employee at the counter saw me but left me standing there until I finally spoke up about what I needed. Place was clean
