Arby's - Fast food restaurant in Fenton - 1181 Gravois Rd, USA

Maybe it was the fact I hadn't eaten all day but that was the best fast food gyro I have ever eaten and my only regret is that I ate it like a monster when I got home instead of savoring it like a normal person. Thank you Rachel (the person who served me in the drive thru) you are so nice and good at your job! 5 stars

Food was ok, but the atmosphere is worse than a Waffle House at 3am. The workers wearing masks half way, but every table has trash on it. Floors are sticky. There is a guy in the back with long hair with no hair net that’s done nothing but complain while in here.

They'll forget your food then try to rush you off the phone with a "Sorry, bye" instead of making it right. And don't ask for sauce packets. That apparently just makes them mad. Their eyes nearly rolled out of their head because of all that extra effort to hand me sauce. Debbie is the rudest person I've had the displeasure of speaking to. I want my money back and I will go to corporate and the BBB to get it if I have to. I paid for goods. I didn't receive those goods. Edit: went back for the THIRD time to get it fixed. Still forgot one item. 3 hours and half a tank of gas gone. District manager call me immediately.

Some days they are great, when Tim and Dallas are there. Or the lady of color, such a nice person, I am having a hard time remembering her name. Very efficient. Some days not so much. I'm bad with names, but there were all females and they were actually very rude to potential customers. Told them it will be awhile before she could take their order. The potential ( 8 to 12 )customers waited approximately 10 minutes before exiting the building, Doordash person said to the manager, not the 2 mentioned earlier, they had been waiting 30 minutes. Not good, I had just placed an order before they stopped taking orders. Two employees discussed locking the doors. It was busy, but not as busy as I have seen it before.

Great team at this Arby's. Great service, food comes out fast, hot and fresh.

The store is clean and the staff is friendly. I had the "hushpuppy breaded fish strips" combo meal with an unsweet tea. Despite being in a box for roughly 10 minutes, the fish and the fries were both still quite crisp. The fries were a little bit on the bland side, but had a nice fluffy texture under the crispy outer layer. The fish, much like the fries, had a good texture but were a bit bland. The "hushpuppy breading" didnt taste much like hushpuppy at all, no notes of anything besides the fact that cornmeal was used in it. The tartar sauce that came with it was alright, but had a strange consistency and had no tell-tale chunks of vegetable(usually pickle, onion, and/or celery to some extent). It also had this opaque off-white color that, with the consistency, tickled the childish-humor portion of my brain. Overall , the meal wasnt bad, but left me craving a bit of salt and a kosher dill.

Food was okay. Want crazy about the boneless wings. They were very hard and crunchy. Other than that food was good. Restaurant was clean.

philly cheese steak was marvelous!
