Arby's - Fast food restaurant in Aurora - 1099 S Blackhawk St, USA

Stopped in for a quick bite with y adult son. I love the Greek Gyro and cheese sticks. My son had two roast beef with cheddar. And drinks. Service was friendly and quick! Dining area was very quiet when we visited.

The 2 for $7 is a CLASSIC, but what isn't classy is how the young Latina woman taking orders was behaving on the front line! The lobby had no ice, and her response AFTER drinking from her own ice filled "Arby's" cup from under the register was "Oh well, they'll have to wait!" The young Black woman working was very apologetic as many of the customers were elderly, but I still decided to take my food to go after hearing the way she was speaking to her coworkers AND other guests. I was half tempted to ask for my money back so I could go elsewhere in peace!

First off I have to say that the customer service here is Chick-fil-A levels of premium I loved that. I highly recommend the apple turnover, beef an cheddar (a staple order anytime you go here), and the mint chocolate shake. The other items pictured were alright(as in I finished them) but I wouldn't order again. I usually never go to Arby's but my wife wanted something different so I suggested it. This was the best decisions of the night. It had snowed a lot before we arrived at the drive thru and our order was pretty big, so we were told to pull to the front. The nicest employee brought out our food in all that snow with the biggest smile and had also separated the Buffalo chicken sliders just in case some of the hot sauce would come out of the holder while driving.

Ordered through app. Food was said to be ready in 2 minutes. Waited nearly 10. Head Cheese seemed deep down like she was questioning her job. didn't look so happy .No customers were even inside except drivethru. They gave my shake away they allegedly made me to someone else, so when i got my food, i had no shake, and so was unable to wash it down . Their curley fries were from the bottom of the bag and burnt. But for $7 I was full. And for my bottomless pit.. that's normally hard to do.

It's an arbies. Boomers and construction workers are keeping this place alive. One day soon the chain will die. So eat some curly fries n enjoy the ride.

Unprofessional. The drive-thru employee was laughing while trying to take our order. He apparently thought something was really funny. We left without ordering because he was acting like such a fool.

I had the pleasure of Alejandro serving me at the drive-through, and I have to say he was an absolute delight. He went above and beyond to help me fine tune my order, great personality, and the perfect face for arbys! 100 percent recommended going here. They also give a 10 percent for military

What was I expecting from this Arbys! I wont go to this location again. $16 dollar meal and your fries are hard! Chicken sandwich is hard! Beef and Cheddar! Smh, hopefully the manager reads this and writes me back!!!
