Arby's - Fast food restaurant in Lighthouse Point - 3780 N Federal Hwy, USA

ordered off uber eats, my food was t ready for 45 minutes, it was 11 at night ok not busy hours but whatever, i ordered a 9 pc nugget meal, 2 cookies, and they only gave me 6 nuggets which were so rock hard i couldn’t eat, 1 cookie, no straw for my drink, and no sauce or anything like i ordered.. on top of that my bag wasn’t properly sealed by arby’s . very disappointing because i this was my plan b meal for tonight as plan a failed, i’m hungry tired and now very disappointed. do better arbys

I recently ate at this location and ordered the number five which is a chicken bacon Swiss combo. I was eating my sandwich and it was hot on the outside, but on the inside of the sandwich, it was raw. I took the rest of the sandwich back, and they asked me if I wanted another sandwich. I said no I just wanted a refund. Hours later still throwing up, still feeling nauseous I just think that this is ridiculous, and disgusting as you can see in the pictures. Raw chicken as you know can carry bacteria like salmonella.

The roast beef still great but the crinkle fries have no taste. Small portions for prices. Alot of selections were no longer available but still on the menu.

I love Arby's, but I have not had it in a long time. I had 2 beef and cheddar sandwiches. All I got was a bunch of dried out beef and little to no chedder. Does not make me want to go back... Good luck!

FIRST OFF this place does great for the amount of workers they have. Anytime I've ever visited this location in the evening they only have one cook in the back, and to see him get out dine in orders, drive through orders, and online orders by himself at such a fast pace is nothing short of amazing. I commend the cooks because reading these reviews it seems most forget the conditions fast food workers are expected to work in. I worked fast food when I was in highschool and if I would have been the only cook in a restaurant trying to beat the dinner rush I would have drowned. Bravo Arby's cooks, you deserve more.

I love Arby's so many things on the menu but I always wind up getting the beef and cheddar and the jamoka shake I'm hoping they're going to bring back the potato cakes but that's already so many things on the menu lol You can use your app to get better deals and there's always a bunch of specials and stuff going on

Roast chicken, bacon, ranch sandwich. This place usually has the best pristine looking sandwich and tasting good. However, the last couple times I’ve come through and the sandwich is not put together it’s thrown together and you get chopped up pieces of cheese not even a slice. Not sure what is happening because I used to write this place a 5 and now I’m giving it a 3 😟. I will drive through in a couple weeks and see if anything has changed. Hopefully it has going to stay positive.😄

The customer service is not up to par. My fries was cook first and then once they got to me of course it was cold. The sandwich was ok but I was made about my curly French fries being that they were the only reason I went there in the first place.
