Arby's - Fast food restaurant in Auburn - 406 Southbridge St, USA

this experience was absolutely worth every single penny. 😂 my son REALLY liked the wings!! he’s a very picky eater, so it was great. he went to the bathroom a couple of times, and he said they were very clean! 🥰 great staff, and a great sever, this was one of the best restraint experiences I have ever been apart of!! 😚 arby’s, you REALLY do have the MEAT!!!! 😍😘

Far above and beyond any fast food experience you’d expect. Food is delicious, service is fast and friendly, and the dining room is immaculate. Highly recommend!

Kinda alright parking. Taking a left turn out of the parking lot is a no go. The food at Arby's just never really was that amazing. it's not bad. but it's just mediocre for the money you spend. I'd personally recommend you just take your money to a restaurant nearby.

I gave the atmosphere a 4 to be fair (I wish there was a N/A option) but we went to the drive thru. The lady at the drive thru window was a sweetheart, BUT the food was blah (not hot and sandwiches fell apart as soon as we opened the wrappers)... it was almost $30 for 2 of us, regular sized meals. I wouldn't mind the price so much if it had at least been hot. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Tried this Arby's for the first time the other day. We went in the restaurant to place our order to go & the service was satisfactory, without too long of a wait on our food. We had ordered a chicken sandwich, beef & cheddar sandwich, small curly fries & large jamocha shake. Then after returning to the car, someone who was with us then decided to get a sandwich to bring home for their family member. So we then pulled up to the drive thru & ordered it. There were two cars ahead of us, which we figured shouldn't take very long, but it actually did end up taking a really long time...which was really inconvenient for only 1 sandwich! I could see if he had a large order, but that wasn't the case. So overall, I was pretty happy with the experience. Taste & quality of food was terrific, no complaints about that or the service we received inside, but the drive thru could certainly afford to improve on speed. Please keep in mind that most of us enjoy getting fast food because of the short wait time & convenience, because many of us are very busy with everyday life (work, kids, appointments, errands, etc...) So when we go through a fast food drive thru, we expect that our order will not take very long! Of course I understand that some customers do have larger orders, but even once it was our turn at the window where we received the order, it still wasn't ready...and staff was seen running around inside looking lost & overwhelmed. I'm not saying we had a negative situation, but I do see a little room for improvement. My only other issue is when customers order food, they should receive more than 1 napkin! I understand being economical, but sandwiches can be very messy, especially when loaded with condiments, so staff should at least offer 2/3 per order, because chances are even 1 person is going to require more than a single paper thin napkin. Just a suggestion. We would be willing to return & again, food was served hot & fresh. Love the curly fries!

Food was delicious and prepped quickly. Staff was friendly enough but seemed like they all didn't want to be there. Not much excitement to their personalities. 2 for 7 deal or the 6$ wing meal is the best way to go.

A favorite for years. Food is always great to eat, especially the Beef and Cheddar. Not too many in our area anymore, so we traveled about 5 miles out of our way but totally worth it. Check it out. You will not be disappointed.

I love coming to this Arby's. The food is always fast and always perfect. It is very cheap too. I wish there was a location closer to me but at least this one is close to my campsite. I always get the beef and cheddar sandwiches and the curly fries. The fries are so good. I will always travel to come here.
