In the Loves truck stop. Was fairly clean. The staff were nice enough and the food was good and consistent as normal. Right off highway 10, easy in and out.
I asked for tray & was told "we don't have trays". The ketchup container was filled with the spices sauce. The lemonade was watered down. The fries had obviously been sitting around for while. The turkey sandwich was great! The one and only Arby's I can truly say sucks.
I got the double roast beef sandwich and it was visually inedible. The meat wasn't the right color, it smelled old. I tasted a little bit of it and had to throw the whole sandwich away. I paid 13$ for a medium fry and a coke, I'm pretty disappointed. Also the cashier at the register was unwelcoming and the sprite was out of syrup
As a truck driver, I have eaten @ Arby's all over the country, and this location is one of the best. I am a self proclaimed brisket connesiour, and I was surprised by the smokehouse brisket sandwich at this location. The bun tasted delicious, soft, and freshly baked. The brisket was flavorful, tender, thinly sliced, and the right amount of toppings. The milkshake was worth the calories. I have no guilty feelings about cheating on my diet. The service was excellent. Honestly, I only tried it bc I saw someone ringing the bell. It was worth it. I finished the sandwich before I could take a picture, but it was all good.
Ordered a chicken sandwich and had to wait over 5 minutes for the chicken to be cooked. I told them it was no problem and waited. I was the only one in there ordering food at the time in the middle of the night. Got my sandwich and ate a couple bites and then noticed it was RAW chicken! I am beyond disgusted with this. I’ve lost my appetite for a day now and feel like throwing up anytime I think about this incident.
It's an arby's in a loves. This location seems to have an issue with keeping menu items in stock (likely from the fact they are at a truck stop and open 24 hours a day). It's also hit or miss on if you'll get the employees who care about their jobs. The overnight shift seems to be a little lazy, rude and not as accurate as far as making things right (giving you the right number of mozzarella sticks, etc.).
Very disappointed. I worked for Arby’s 20+ years ago and still occasionally enjoy their food. The roast beef is supposed to be thinly sliced and piled high. I ordered a classic with a slice of Swiss. No cheese to be found, and two very thick rubbery slices. Yuck. I fed the meat to my dog.
Completely messed up my order, food tasted stale, or like it had been made earlier and sat under a heat lamp all day. Had me pull up to wait on my order, after 45minutes someone came out with the order and said "I didn't even know you were sitting up here or waiting."
Good food, good service and bright atmosphere the night we went. The employees were talkative and they all had smiles like they were happy to see their customers and it made for a very good family dinner together.
Food was great, we were greeted quickly and courteously by our server. Quiet place but good food that comes out quickly. It's a little pricey for what you get, but I didn't mind due to the service. The photo is the roast beef poboy
Just wanted a quick bite that was good and was not fast food. Definitely got that at this place! The food was fresh and made to order! Overall, the burgers were a good size and plenty of tots to go with. It's worth the stop to get out of the fast foo
