It's an Arby's. They have em everywhere. This one is good. Seems newer and staff was nice. I usually only get fries and a shake whenever I visit fast food spots. Love the crinkle fries.
One place i never have a complaint about is Arby's. All the year's i have been going there, they always get my order right. Only one time did i have an issue but it was resolved with a smile. Food was always hot and fresh.
Finally got to try their wagyu burger. It’s delicious and juicy. I felt like I was eating a fresh burger off a grill at a cookout. I’ll definitely be having this again.
This is the Cleanest Restaurant I have been in in a long time, the employees are very friendly and helpful, and neatly dressed, the feed was great and hot .
This is the worst restaurant EVER!!! I stopped by Wednesday after work and picked up a to-go order for my sick mom and myself. Only to get all the way home in Laurens to discover my food was raw. I purchased a Wagyu Steakhouse Burger and a Wagyu Steakhouse Burger Combo. Because I live so far I couldn’t just take it back and I was off work the next day, so the soonest I could get back was Friday. I spoke with the shift manager and he agreed to refund me but requested that I bring the receipt. When I got off today I stopped by with my receipt as requested but the shift manager David informed me that his manager said they could only refund me for the burgers. I was not going to expose them but because of the poor service (not by David) but the big bad manager over the phone. This was not only an inconvenience but the worst experience I’ve had at a fast food restaurant. David was made aware a complaint would follow.
Mr Webb is still running a tight ship. Great tasting food and service was great. I was previously a customer of his at the Pine St Arby's in Spartanburg , SC and that place sucks since he hasn't been there.
Long time Arby's fan and this location is great. Love the brisket. Super clean bathrooms are so appreciated.
Service was awesome however the new good burger2 meal is not worth what they are asking 1 meal and 1 burger 22 bucks and the burger is not much bigger than a McDonald's cheese burger .....it sucked
