Arby's - Fast food restaurant in Avon - 1331 Center Rd, USA

Friendly and helpful staff here :). Love the beef n cheddar and curly fries. Their new Mac and cheese bites are good too. Clean and remodeled interior.

Fast service. Food was fresh prepared and hot. Tried the fish strips and they were great. The Cashier was courteous and polite. Restaurant was clean inside and out. Landscaping looked great. First time here and will be back.

Now this Arby’s I can say may mess up on my food every now and then because it’s fast food and I expect those things to happen but they actually have a decent atmosphere good people and always remake the order correct and fresh which is a quality business

Clean, Courteous, Quick, Tasty I really thought the wait here would be a long one. It's an area that is inundated with shoppers and travelers. This wasn't the case. The drive through was very busy so we went inside. They were either heavily staffed in the back, or the staff they have are good. The drive through was moving well and inside our order was received fast, fresh, hot and accurate. Clean inside and outside alike. Employees were pleasant and respectful. 2 thumbs up.

I used to come to arbys because of the large size shakes, and the large size drinks, they changed the size of the cups to small and kept the large size price infact I believe the price of their drinks went up by a dollar, the food is as always great but I will never ever again buy another drink or "meal deal" from this place. What arbys did was in my opinion a terrible grief and loss, if there is an example to follow arbys sure as hell isn't setting it, what they did was outlandish and outrageous, we live in America not Europ for christ sake... these places are literally taking away our choices, and I think that it's time we fight back and help them remember why you don't take away the right for American's to choose and choose not to come to arbys until they wise up.

Their sandwiches are usually pretty good but the last few visits their fries are awful. Burnt and just not edible. And with prices going up $3.19 for a large fry) it's just not worth going there, especially when there's better options nearby.

Got there at 9:10, they close the dining room at 10:00. I ordered a chicken bacon sandwich. It wasn’t even warm. It was cold. The cheese didn’t melt. My piece if chicken was tiny. Our fries were old and gross. I showed the girl who was busy getting ready to close the store 1/2 hour early. She said “sorry” and walked away. We threw our food out and left. Went to Wendy’s. Would have asked for our money back, but everyone was so busy getting ready to close the store early that they didn’t notice us standing at the counter. Neat.

I ordered a classic beef and Cheeder. It barely had anything on it. Mainly just the bread. The man at the register was very rude and acted like we were an inconvenience of his time. My order wasn't the only one they got wrong 3 other people came in from the drive thru complaining. I love Arby's but definitely won't come back to this location.
