Arby's - Fast food restaurant in Berea - 480 W Bagley Rd, USA

Asked for extra sauce and they drenched the whole burger. Also, the fries were freezing cold. How can you mess this up? Easy job for real. Fire the person who made this. I will be calling corporate.

Not too bad at all. Prices seem high but isn’t everything with the economy created by the current administration. $7.00 for a burger and add $4.00 for fries and a fountain drink. Maybe if you use coupons ? But again based on how things are today it’s expensive everywhere. Come here all the time and it’s always pretty good. Only thing that was bad are the chicken tenders. Got a batch that were all extremely hard breading. Could have broken a tooth on those.

Good lord do not order from here anywhere around lunch time, it will take literally an hour to get your food, 15 minutes waiting to just get up to the counter then however long it takes to get the food. I was just there for a mobile pick up (which someone stole because you don't keep the pickup station behind the counter so anyone can walk up and take it, like what just happened to mine). The food is totally fine, exactly what you'd expect be ready to wait if you go at the wrong time

I tried the beer battered fish sandwich today and it was okay. The reason being I prefer my fish a little crispy, like their first fish sandwich. Plus the bread was toasted a little to much but overall tasted pretty good. I gave 5 stars because of the great customer service. I'll try it again later to see if anything changes

My family eats here semi regularly, food is usually good. Overall about 30% chance of the shake machine working... It has been a while since I ordered a chicken bacon Swiss, and was surprised & disappointed to find one small chicken tender... I used to work at Arby's in Middleburg and although it has been years, I've had the sandwich since and they aren't supposed to use a chicken tender for the meat of the sandwich. If that's all you have, at least use two for God's sake! Lol it was still good but not enough for the money. And like I said, we spend here regularly.

I just saw a picture of the new philly steak sandwich. Haha. Mine didn't look anything like that. All I saw was bread. Hardly any meat. Actually there was more sauce than meat. If I wanted all bread I wouldn't pay $7.00 for it.

Fries are never hot from here, I got a crinkle fry in my box of curly fries that was still cold like it tasted microwaved. I mean I don’t expect much from fast food places, but I do expect fries to be hot, bare minimum. Worst case last resort place..

I ordered during happy hour. The man who took my order read it back to me and it was all correct. I waited 10 minutes in line behind someone (there was only one car in front of us) then after i paid they made me park for an additional 10 minutes. When they brought our food out not only was it cold but i was missing all 3 chicken littles for my kids! Then i looked at my reciept to find out they didnt even add them to my purchase..... so i call and speak with Terrence who claims he was the manager. He was snarky, rude and was giggling the entire time i was speaking with him like he was stoned! This is the WORST experience i have had here. We will not return.
