This Arby's is inside a Pilot's Flying J's truck stop. Walking in the the door you first notice an overwhelming human stinch (bathroom smelled better than store), don't understand that one. I was very tired from driving and hungry. The Arby's cashier was very friendly. After placing my order, a shift change took place. While waiting for my order I observed the restaurant workers and was astonished. Hygene does not exist in this Arby's, hair completely covering eyes, mostly everyone was bearded and long hair. What happened to people serving food being well groomed? The sandwich I ordered was thrown together in a way that when you opened it it was a complete mess and had to be rebuilt before I could it it. I did not finish the sandwich, it did not taste right.
Friendly cashier. Tables were clean. Food wasnt as hot as other locations.

It was a truck stop Arby's... The atmosphere is right out of the window. Sitting and eating while the loudspeaker blares the next shower is available and for 'professional drivers to move their trucks after fueling'. I love Arby's and would go back again when I travel that way.
Pleasantly surprised by how attentive and friendly all the staff were. food came out in under two minutes, and everyone was very alert with long line of customers. All of you should get a raise.
The store was dirty, diesel fuel pumps didn't work, and the one that did work had a whole in it, which was leaking fuel. Horrible customer service. Restrooms were extremely dirty as if it hadn't been clean since the night prior.
Great customer service... Very friendly and upbeat.... Fries were ok... The buns were completely old and stale and hard... Not edible.... On one sandwich the meat was ok... The second sandwich it was like the meat was set out and microwaved... The lemonade was delicious though.... Three stars because of the great employees
Food was horrible. Curly fries were cold, and my roast beef sandwich tasted like it's been sitting all day. The roast beef was dry all on the outside. Just a horrible dining experience.
People at work told me to try this place and I ordered their basic cheese pizza x2 special. I think the crust had a very clean taste to it and the pizza cheese tasted good and was not overly greasy. I liked that they put a generous amount of sauce on
