Arby's - Fast food restaurant in Roseville - 15195 E, 15195 Twelve Mile Rd, USA

Customer service agent at the window was personable and engaging but it didn't make up for cold mozzerella sticks and a buffalo slider with so much sauce on it that the bun was soggy, despite me eating it immediately in the parking lot. I work at a restaurant (and get discounted meals there) but chose Arby's today instead; I was very disappointed. A waste of $10.

I guess its best to go there when the older folks are running the store. Usually I never have an issue but today was a handful. I ordered fish strips meal, chicken nugget meal and chicken sandwiches. I ordered large size but received small, both drinks had no ice. Unless they were sitting in heat or only had a cube or two the drink cups were warm so i know there was no ice added. Then i received no tarter sauce that is supposed to come with the fish meal unless bbq, honey mustard, or arby sauce is the new condiments for fish. I come to this store semi often and never had an order this bad. I hope its just a new crew and not gonna be a normal issue.

Horrrible I order a lot from here EVERY SINGLE time they forget the sauce for the jalapeño poppers which sucks what’s the point then the French dip how the hell do you forget the ausjus sauce that’s the whole point of the sandwich ?? And never give me sweet tea always unsweetened and always forgetting the apple turnovers u guys need to get yourselfs together service absolutely sucks

Usually good, but they need to add more bacon on the chicken bacon swiss sandwich. It looks as if they put crumbs off the corner of the bacon on there. What happened to at least two slices of bacon. And the chicken sliders are usually just bread with a tiny pinch of chicken. But customer service is really nice.

Got 3 doubles for $4.00 each thru the App, sooooo delicious, got fries and a apple turnover 😋 yummy an quick.

I went the other day and got a Good Burger 🍔 2 meal and tried the mac and cheese 🧀 bites they were both fire 🔥

The roast beef was very rubbery, almost felt like I was chewing on steak fat, took one bite, very disappointing after spending 15 dollars on a meal. Fries are old and mixed with different types of fries. Also what are all these brown spots on the meat? As I said very disappointed and a complete waste of money

Great menu items at low prices. Courteous, knowledgeable staff. Short drive- tru wait. Clean and safe environment.
