I ordered a 9 piece nugget curly fries and lemonade. The chicken and fries were hard. They looked like they had been under the light all day. Do not go there if you do tell them you want fresh fries and chicken.
Employees were all outside talking with someone from the Havoline store. Food was not started, and I was told I had to wait for it. After seeing 2 cars get their food while I was waiting (we weren't even given our drinks or receipt at the window), I decided to go inside and find out what was happening. I had placed my order online and was curious if it had at least been started. I was met with attitude and told they were making it. I checked my order, realized I didn't have my mozzarella sticks, no receipt, no condiments and no napkins. I told the attitude lady I didn't have my mozzarella sticks and she went to the heat lamp. She grabbed them and slammed them into my bag. Then she went around the corner and started saying nasty things about me to the employee on that side. The 3rd employee who was running drive thru stood near her and said, "No.. You're good. You got more patience than me." to the attitude lady. When attitude lady came back around, she turned her back to me as I said I needed my receipt. With her back still turned to me she said they don't have a receipt for me. I then asked for the corporate number. The employee she was complaining to about me came around and attitude lady said I wanted the corporate number because of the missing receipt. I told attitude lady I wanted corporate number because of what was said about me, the attitude, the fact that all of them were outside instead of working orders and the fact that my order was wrong. Believe it or not, they actually did have a receipt for me and I got it. As a regular customer at this Arby's, I am sorely disappointed and dissatisfied. I was ok with their mistakes until I heard attitude lady call me a b to the 3rd employee. All because they didn't have my order right and I asked for missing items. Not to correct the sandwiches that were messed up, too.. just give me the missing items.
Did roast beef is okay. But they don't need to make burgers I got one of them good burgers it was the worst burger I ever had it was dry flaky not much taste the need to stick too roast beef and leave the other stuff alone they know nothing about I think it was around $5 maybe a little more but I think it wasn't worth it maybe a dollar is a good price but get rid of it and stop selling people slop my dog wouldn't even eat the reminder of it turned her nose up. That was a bad thing to do too good burger 2 use that move to help sale that. That make that move look bad. They need to change the name of good burger 🍔 too bad Burger 🍔. And change spokes person doing commercial he just doesn't got what it takes that guy couldn't sale a ice too a Eskimo. Just saying if y'all want to have more business get rid of him. And get the write one cooking that knows what that doing and really knows how to cook a burger the wright way or get rid of it...
We ordered online and came through the drive-thru to pick it up. We were told to pull into one of the adjacent parking spots and that our food would be brought out shortly. 25 minutes later I went in to ask (politely) when the food would be ready. I was informed that our food had been ready and that they don't bring online orders out to people. Please don't tell customers that you will bring their food out and then not follow through. Now that our food has been sitting for 25+ mins, some of it is obviously soggy. We are very disappointed in the service we have received tonight.
Where to start 🤔 You can never go wrong at Arby's. I love everything on the menu. My sister and I really enjoyed our dinner. The orange cream shakes after dinner was extraordinary. All the staff was very friendly, helpful and very professional.
The drive-thru lady was very nice. My food was the way I ordered it. She was amazing
Stopped by for a quick lunch. I ordered a fish sandwich and got 2 chicken tenders with tarter sauce. Of course they offered to replace the meal, so when I did return a couple days later, the manager was very rude and never apologized for the culinary foe pah. On top of that we have 2 Eden firefighters standing in line with no masks on. Um yeah

I love this Dollar tree in Eden much bigger than Reidsville, when I come to Eden I always try and stop here, itâ a lot cleaner they have a frozen food section and more stuff. The cashier, a gentleman , was very courteous .
