Arby's - Fast food restaurant in Ferdinand - 25 Industrial Park Rd, USA

Arby's in Ferdinand evening drive thru shift were very rude. They gave me half my order and told me to get out of the way because they had a line. I said would once they gave me my whole order. Some person named Emma with bright colored hair seemed to think that was just awful to give me what I paid for? 😕

The arbys night shift employees in Ferdinand are rude and very inconsiderate, the have very poor customer service and not one person in there was nice. They sat there laughing at us while we waited almost 15 minutes for our food, and when we did get the food not all of it was there. We were the only ones in the drive thru and Loby was closed. This is definitely not what my family and I expected and we will not be going back.

Food made me sick as a dog. Had a roast beef fry and cola while on my way to Kansas. 1 hour into my trip I made the first stop of many to get sick. It completely ruined my drive, and I showed up 5 hrs behind schedule.

We came at about 830pm with a large order and it didn't faze the crew a bit. They were super nice and fast, I was very impressed. A top notch experience. Absolutely recommend.

Why has the food got so expensive?? It was good but threw half of it away. Which was not Arby's fault they didn't give me half of the sauces I asked for???

Drive through says not closed till 12am. There at 11 and they said they were closed, however no other cars but my own. They were inside bagging up food. So how is it they have a set schedule, yet close beforehand and bagging up unnecessary food made unless for themselves?

Stopped in while traveling through IN. Restrooms were clean and so was the restaurant. Service was excellent! Great man took my order. Had a pleasant conversation. I'm wearing my shirt that says, "proud Army Mom ". He was in the Navy so my shirt sparked a great conversation. My order was fast. Food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Wish I got his name so everyone could thank him for his service, and Arby's could give him something for being efficient, kind, and friendly. Thanks Arby's for making this drive more bearable.

Was very welcoming. Friendly waitress. Good food. Recommend this waffle house
