The gentleman who helped us tonight around 750pm was absolutely fantastic. We didn't manage to catch his name. The food was also fresh and put together well, always potentially an issue with fast food.
2 young men behind counter were patient and very helpful. Same great food as always. Food came out quickly. Looked clean and they kept up with cleaning tables as people left
Really nice place! Food was hot & fresh and the beef was roast beef was excellent! Saw workers running around and really taking care of customers. Would definitely go back
The lady who took my order sounded like she hated her job and couldn’t even tell us our total when we were the only car. when i got to window she was not even in uniform. She looked like she wasn’t wearing anything under sweatshirt. The food we got was soggy. I know its fast food but ever other happy day restaurant, including the other arbys, provides better service. I spent over 30 dollars on one meal and 2 sides i would hope its at least made right.
Curly fries not very hot and used to taste better. Roast beef is what it is, but also used to taste better. Bread soft and okay. Just not a pleasant meal overall. Stick with chicken, gyro, or market fresh is my advice. For $15, this should be better.
There was a manager or just an associate (idk) walking around and checking on customers.
His attitude was outstanding and he made a trip to a "fast food" restaurant a little bit nicer!
They remodeled and took out the salad bar :(. The atmosphere is less intimate, ie a single dining room with little in the form of noise barriers. Seems smaller. Food is still good
This restaurant has always been my favorite Arby's to frequent. Arby's food is always excellent, but the staff at this Arby's go above and beyond to please their customers. I can only recall one time in 40 years that they got my order wrong, which was at a busy time. There was one evening that I went through the drive-thru, ordered, and drove up to the window to pay, only to discover that I had left my wallet on my desk at work 30 miles away. The crew gave me my order anyway stating, "If you ever make it rich, don't forget about us!" I've never forgotten this, and they gained my lifelong loyalty.
