Arby's - Fast food restaurant in Bridgeport - 103 Aetna St, USA

I went to Arby's February 2nd at 2:15pm and the girls working don't say hi or even act like they see you. They talk amongst their self and ignore you. They sound rude and annoyed. Needs better customer service!!! I said thank you when handed food and was ignored.

My bf and I went to Arby's tonight around 730 and first I called to see when the closed the girl who took the call sounded like she was annoyed that I was asking then we went in the lady who took are order acted like she didn't wanna be there and when my bf asked for a sauce she wanted to slam down the sandwich on the tray I don't know what the deal was tonight but she had no right acting like that we were as nice as could be we got 2 milk shakes a fry chicken sandwich and roast beef and cheese sticks they didn't even ask if we wanted any sauce they definitely could have had better manners and the food was dry and cold will not be returning to that Arby's

The woman had a attitude as if i was a bother to be ordering food, then they dont put any cheese on my sandwich and they give me the wrong fries... old and krinkle not currly i litterally said CURRLY FRIES..

Person in drive thru has severe attitude every time I come through and have yet to get everything I order

French fries cold. They don’t ask if you want condiments, so of course I forgot. Needless to say my roast beef sandwich was boring without horseradish sauce. Milkshake was spot on! Thickness was perfect!

A quick drive thru for an amazingly delicious fast food chain. Try the fish sandwich, you won't be disappointed at all. Larger than other restaurants plus the taste is remarkable!

The best soup sandwich in the valley... and thats not a compliment. I ordered a buffalo roast chicken sandwich and a half pound roast beef sandwich. Neither one could be picked up out of the box. There was so much sauce the buns were soggy and falling apart. The half pound looked like someone put a bottom bun in the box, slapped some meat on it took the lid off the liquid cheese and started pouring it and forgot to stop. Then added more meet and cheese, and topped it with a bun top then struggled to close the box. Just to salvage my meal I had to dump it on a plate and only ate the chicken, which had no taste other than buffalo sauce it was swimming in. I rank this location right down there with St. Clairsville's KFC. I will drive from Martin's Ferry to St. Clairsville from now on to get Arby's. Pretty sad when I live in Martin's Ferry.

Everytime I go thru, I order something simple. Market Fresh Roast Beef only Mayo. Simple. Well everytime I get it, I have to go back because they put everything on it. I even gotten it with everything but mayo one time. But today was different. My boss went and got it for us. I told her Mayo only. She ordered it brought it back. It had everything on it. I called and asked them if I could get it remade. They said yes. I went back on my break. I go through the drive-thru. The lady at the window said next time order it mayo only because I didn't know that's what you wanted. Any other time, when I order it, it's made wrong so either way you most likely would have had to remake. I just could have done without that remark. I was kind to you. You can be kind back. I chose not to argue about it and just said thank you. Try for better and do better.
