I used the drive thru, and I had my hot food within three minutes. Everything came out like I asked for it to, and the associates were very helpful and friendly.
I love coming to this Arby’s my food is always good & the service is great as well! There’s a young man who I’ve seen at the drive thru frequently at night, he always wears black & is incredibly helpful. Definitely go try their curly fries & their apple turnovers :)
Service and food were great! The restaurant itself looks a little run down. I would eat there again but probably to go and not dine in.
Excellent, friendly service and the food was very good. Speed of service was great especially with the freshly sliced roast beef. Only complaint about this location is the facility itself-- feels aging and grimy. The front walkway looks more like a sooty car repair shop, covered with black oily stains and peeling paint. Not the best first impression if you're trying to communicate food safety and health. Fortunately, the food service didn't match the visuals of the construction. With some investment in cleanliness and repair, this location could be a five star Arby's.
This Arby's has been there for a long time. The carpet REALLY needs to be removed. My shoes stuck to the carpet, it was a really gross feeling. The food was good. But that dirty carpet made it really hard for me to enjoy my food. This is the only Arby's in Pineville and they need to do better. That floor is totally disgusting. There was food all over the carpet. Make it easier on the workers and remove that NASTY carpet, there is no way they can clean that.

Their new boneless wings are DELICIOUS!!!! I love me some wings and these will be my favorite!!! They were fresh and full of flavor with that sauce. They can give Wing Stop and Buffalo Wings a run for their money.
The have very polite and patient workers , the window man and cashier were vey quick too get the job done , and even gave me extras sauces . Love the food ! 10/10

This is a review of my experience. Upon walking in the restaurant, as early as possible to get all food fresh and and without service obstacles. Food came out quickly for my appetizer of the chicken 65. It's a nice dry 65 with a large potion in looks
I usually go to Pineville Towne Market for Pizza Twist and Food Lion stores . Pizza Twist is my favorite store for different vegan options and also custom built pizza. Customer service is excellent and food is great.
The rooms do have a funky set up. The bathroom door is different and not overly private for say if you were sharing the room with someone on a business but I was with my wife. Michelle is AWESOME and so was the entire staff
This was the cleanest sky zone Iâve ever been to. The observation area, âchill zoneâ was awesome! Full view of the entire floor. My kids had a blast!
