Arby's - Fast food restaurant in West Melbourne - 2300 W New Haven Ave, USA

12/8 UPDATE: Friday night “dinner” time…KUDOS to the person that handed our Mac n chez bites to us. We didn’t have to wait & then receive burned ones! They’ve been working the last few times & fresh, hot CRINKLE fries too! They’re step n up their game on this. Unfortunately, they’ve gone to a packaged product cookie that is NOTHING like the old fresh, big warm ones they used to have. If we could just get fish sticks back pls. 2 stars b cuz bf liked his perfect sandwich. I, however, was not impressed w/mine or the mix of old & new fries. I was told I was waiting almost 15 mins b cuz they were making the fish fresh…. What do u think? Look fresh? Tasted like “burn” too so really inedible. Tired of get n screwed at these restaurants.

I didn't hate it, but I didn't love it either. The place was empty and the tables looked like they could have been wiped before we sat. However when you're hangry you just want to sit and eat. I had to have my shake remade with more coffee added to it because they gave me an incorrect one and lied and said it was the shake I ordered. The second one was the correct one with a completely different taste so that's how I knew that. Either way they fixed it without arguing with me, but the facial expression that was given to me gave off the vibes of "if looks could kill" all I'm saying is do it right or don't do it at all. If you're wrong then you're wrong, unless you own up and fix it. They did but could have done it without the demonic looks.

Great to have another fast food selection in our area. Was really disappointed to find out they no longer sell potato cakes, hence the 4 stars on food. Bring them back Arby's!! Overall great experience 👍

All Arby’s are alike, right? W R O N G I utilized the drive Thru. No issues, service was quick and I pleased. Until, I went to eat my Arby’s Roast Beef sandwich…….it was horrible! The bun was very dry and there was barely any cheese and by NO means, was there even close to the amount of meat that other locations put on a bun. Chicken bites were so greasy we could t eat them. At least are milkshakes were delicious

Terrible. I ordered a beef n cheddar and it came with this disgusting red ranch. The only location I've ever had that put this on my beef n cheddar. I threw that **** away and won't be going back.

I love this location. The staff are so kind, friendly, and helpful. They are also hardworking and communicative with us. The food always comes out great as well. It’s so nice to come here for a late night drive thru! Thank you for all that you do x <3

Friendly atmosphere, friendly workers, clean environment and service was awesome. Food was good however crinkle fries were a bit salty for my taste but love how they were crispy.

Katie the shift manager is sooooooooo rude. Like if you hate your job. Quit and find a new one. Customers don't want to be served by people that think everything a customer does is an inconvenience. Arby's I hope you do something about this girl because she is not shift lead materials.
