Ordered the big game burger! While it tasted great it was nothing like the picture. It comes in a wrap like a regular roast beef and was smashed down with nothing visible like they show in any add.. You couldn’t even tell it was a hamburger
Dawn did not greet. Nor smile or eye contact and I was interrupting her cleaning. Fries were warm smallest I've ever seen. Out of the 12 3 or 4 were well done and thrown out. Never again. Sandwich was good, but packets would have been easier in the car vs the tiny cup that spilled all over.
Got my Birthday small fry and shake!! Altho my sandwich bun was quite toasty for my liking, ut was yummy to wash it down with a free shake. Thank you Arby's for the gift email❤ truly my favorite fast food restaurant
Got au jus beef sandwich & firmly believe the au jus was old, by how many days I would not guess. It was very thick & not right in color. I had one taste & stopped but my spouse ate more & became quite ill. Very serious gut issues. Shouldn't carry over things like that for several days. I also found my curly fries to be stale. I saw them being deep fried so I can only assume they were old right out of the freezer. I don't think we'll be going back to this Arby's.
Disappointing Interview Experience: Lack of Professionalism and Poor Management
Review:
My recent interview experience at this establishment for the GM position left much to be desired. Despite arriving promptly at 8 am, I was informed that the place wouldn't open until 10 am, which was quite disconcerting. Moreover, the crew member seemed unaware of my scheduled interview and lacked the necessary assistance from the manager department.
The unprofessional conduct exhibited by the management is deeply concerning. After a 30-minute drive and waking up at 6:30 am to ensure punctuality, I expected a more organized and professional approach. The state of the business reflected this lack of structure, as the premises appeared untidy and neglected.
A well-managed business sets the tone for a positive customer experience, and it's evident that this establishment falls short in this regard. The lack of professionalism displayed during the interview process raises questions about the overall management and their ability to run the business effectively.
As a prospective candidate, I would have appreciated clear communication and professionalism throughout the hiring process. Unfortunately, my experience here has left me with a negative impression of the company. I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and addresses them promptly to improve both the candidate experience and the overall image of the business.
It is my sincere hope that my feedback helps the management in recognizing the areas that require attention, leading to positive changes for future applicants and customers alike.
Good burgers, although temporary was tasty. Customer service could use improving, The Drive Thru guy handed me my order while looking in the opposite direction.
