Arby's - Fast food restaurant in St Joseph - 1604 N Belt Hwy, USA

The food at this location is usually pretty stellar. Today my Greek Gyro, salted caramel cookie and orange cream shake were pretty tasty. Reason for my rating is the absence of the breakfast menu. Since the start of the pandemic the breakfast has been scrapped. I loved their breakfast and I miss it. Best Arby's location quality wise in town.

Just moved to the area and so happy that we found a good Arby’s! Food and Service was fast, friendly, and delicious! However, only gave 3 stars for Atmosphere because 2 women brought in long haired dogs that were shaking and you could see the hair shedding … Ugg!! I love dogs and I am sure a lot of people are going to not like this post BUT I don’t want to be eating my food and have to worry about dog hair or other dog smells while eating. I truly do not understand why dogs are allowed in restaurants.

Worker taking orders was cheerful/ kind. Also the sit another order next to ours so we picked it up not knowing. They took blame and was kind about it.

I like the food, however this location had a hostile atmosphere for some reason. I came up to the counter, patiently waiting on the employee (who I found out was named michael), he maintained hostile eye contact with me. I had to ask twice how he was doing because of this, and was still maintaining the same hostile demeanor. Service and atmosphere are therefore scored a one out of five.

The absolute WORST employer you could ever work for! Does the bare minimum and nothing more for their employees and has ZERO RESPECT. THEY WILL ESPECIALLY LIE AND CHEAT YOU OUT OF MONEY! THE FOOD WILL SIT IN DRAWERS ALL DAY UNTIL ITS COLD AND STALE! NO ONE WASHES HANDS PROPERLY I HAVE SEEN OTHER EMPLOYEES WORKING PICK A WHOLE ROAST BEEF OFF THE FLOOR AND WASHED AT THE SINK BEFORE SERVING! THIS STORE IS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY YOU WILL FIND BETTER FOOD INSIDE A GARBAGE CAN.

Always have good experiences at this location. I usually get the beef and cheddar or the smokehouse brisket. They also donate to my kids school fundraisers at least once a year, which helps out tremendously.

I was very disappointed as I watch the girl take her bare hands and throw my breads sticks in the bag. I asked her did you just throw my food in the bag with your fingers and not use the tongs she said yes. I TOLD HER DONT DO IT AGAIN. So I got ready to pull off she was telling another guy what I said and started laughing. I won't be going back there.
