Arby's - Fast food restaurant in Lawrenceville - 4865 Sugarloaf Pkwy, USA

Worst Arby's in the area! I got handed a bag of cold food with half my order missing, and repeatedly tried to call the restaurant with no answer. Maybe the 8th time someone answered and she rudely told me they were way too busy to answer the phone which is completely untrue as I was just in the building and was the ONLY customer. Was told I could come pick up my correct order, when I arrived the manager I spoke to over the phone was hiding in the restroom.(female with blue hair) I waited at least 15 minutes for her to get out and have my order taken care of correctly. Outrageous.

I got the cheesesteak. It was so bad. It wasn't the peoples fault it's just when you buy a cheap cheese steak you will get a cheap one for sure. The best Philly cheesesteaks are the ones that cost 10 dollars. It was good for a bit than my taste buds betrayed me.

I found this Arby's trying to find a place to have lunch in Sugarloaf Pkwy. It was pretty busy for lunch time but we still had a great experience. We ordered two classics Roast Beef Sandwiches which came with curly fries, we also ordered Mozzarella Sticks With Marinara Sauce, and onion rings. The sandwiches were okay, a little too dry, but we added onion rings, and Arby's sauce to it and it was perfect. The mozzarella sticks were on point too. The real deal here was the service, an guy who seemed to be manager helped us pick what we wanted, and was very helpful. Would totally be back to this location. Pedimos dos sándwiches clásicos de carne asada que venían con papas fritas rizadas, también pedimos palitos de mozzarella con salsa marinara y aros de cebolla. Los sándwiches estaban bien, un poco demasiado secos, pero agregamos aros de cebolla y la salsa de Arby y fue perfecto. Los palitos de mozzarella también estaban en punto. El verdadero negocio aquí fue el servicio, un tipo que parecía ser gerente nos ayudó a elegir lo que queríamos y fue muy servicial. Volvería totalmente a esta ubicación.

This store needs to be shut down!! I came to the DT, 2 cars in front of me waited and waited and both left without getting serviced. After I waited myself for about 10 minutes after pulling up to the screen, I finally call and make them aware I’ve been sitting here and cars have been leaving due to not getting serviced. I order and I pull up to the DT counter. I attempted to use my coupon when they made me aware the scanner is broken. The manager shauna came to the drive thru and practically rolled her eyes at me in disgust and walked off. What happened to this store? Why has it gotten so horrible? This is unacceptable!!! They were most definitely trying to close early, 100%. The district manager needs to be aware and I will do my due diligence to email corporate about this horrible experience. The district needs to replace all of the staff, especially management and hire responsible, enthusiastic people who want to contribute to this company in a correct manner. Chick fil a would never in a million years treat their customers like this. Someone fix this!!!!

Pretty quiet place. As the the matter of fact, in the 18 years I have lived in this area, I’ve never seen this place is busy or any other Arby’s for that matter. And yet they are still in business. Not sure what’s the secret. Maybe because they ‘got the meat!’ I mean because it’s not busy that means you get faster service and a very quiet meal at this place. Arby’s portion is good. You got a hefty portion of meat in your order in compare to other fast-food chains and you got lean meat (if you’re into lean stuff).

This location is really clean, food is good quality 99% of the time. Some times drive-thru order is incorrect BUT they're quick to correct. The tall muscular man currently working there is the nicest dude and makes me want to return.

The person(I think manager), who took our order was so rude. We had to guess that he was willing to take care of us. The sauce e station was sticky and dirty. Most table were dirty.

Service was fast and great but please tell me what is this? Ordered a chicken salad sandwich and received more bread than meat. Tried calling this location but kept getting the busy tone.
