Arby's - Fast food restaurant in Elizabethton - 1719 US-19E #37, USA

We stopped in for lunch and saw the sign for the Big Game Burger, so we ordered it and a Smokehouse Brisket. The Big Game Burger was a full-size burger, not the shrink-flated kind at many fast food restaurants. The burger is a combination of elk, venison, and beef. The sandwich had Swiss cheese, pickles, and a dark cherry steak sauce on it. It was tasty but drier than I prefer. I attribute the "dryness" to the fact that elk and venison are very lean meats. We enjoyed the burger, but probably wouldn't order it again just based on the cost. The Smokehouse Brisket was very good, and the curly fries were hot. The staff at this location was friendly, and the dining room and bathrooms were clean.

We eat at this Arby's at least once a month and they are always helpful and respectful. In addition to getting our order correct.

Went to this location last night and ordered two combos one for myself and one for my wife . The food was horrible and ice cold . I spent 24 dollars for some reason on a Greek gyro combo and a Crispy Chicken sandwich combo and if I didn't know any better I received two day old left overs . The curly fries were so cold they stood up in the corner like q-bert from the video game both sandwiches were totally cold . I've never ate a fried chicken sandwich in my life that cold which is made for order . Im leaving this review because as good as Arby's food can be this was my worst experience eating out at any fast food place

I couldn't believe the body oder I smelled from someone inside it was so bad I almost threw up...the short lady marie was very respectful and said she would address it but holy God. I wouldn't recommend this place until a complete overhaul is installed. Most of the people are rude and the sandwiches are thrown together..however do you have a few very polite and knowledgeable staff like the woman I mentioned

Trying Arby’s new $5 6 Piece Boneless Buffalo Wings! I’m picky when it comes to my wings, especially boneless. If you love spicy wings these are definitely for you! This location is sometimes a hit or miss depending on what you order because they miss sauces all the time but their wings are so yummy! Highly suggest if you have a thing for wings

I wouldn't recommend eating at this Arby's at all. No matter when I go, I always receive cold food, and on top of that it usually doesn't even taste good either which is disappointing as much as it costs now. I've been in contact with the DM Michael Tisman twice with him stating he would make it right by sending something in the mail....which also never happened. Seems like no one is to care over the bad experiences.

Super Roast Beef Sandwich, crinkle fries, cheese sticks and jalapeño poppers with a root beer …. Mmmmmm … It hit the spot. Everyone was super nice and friendly. Building was clean inside and out.

The staff at this particular location Are Awesome!!!! We stopped here after my son's football game and they were very accommodating even though they were less than 30 minutes from closing
