I travel from New York Cit to Lancaster PA often. On the way home I stop by this Arbys in Kutztown Pa. Most often I drive up to the window and get my order and drive away. It is always good Arbys food. Love their roast beef sandwich with the horseradish. This time we decided to get out of the car and go in. The store manager was there to help up. I am handicapped and the store is fully handicap accessible. They were really friendly and helped us with all the specials and discounts. It is such a nice place. The kitchen has been completely renovated and the operations very streamlined. The bathrooms were very clean (You get the 5th star for that). The tables and dining area were really clean and pleasant. The really cool thing about this Arbys is that it is set on a hill overlooking a beautiful scenic pasture. It was an amazing treat to get out of the car and dine in such a place. We had a wonderful time and the food was good as always. We really appreciated our visit to your beautiful place.
It was what a fast food restaurants should be. The service was great, and it was quick. And I mean extremely quick . I go there quite frequently now
Sorry no photos this time The food was so good I had to stop myself. Eating too fast, had French dip. Wife had a Roast Beef.
Had to wait 15 mins past the time the online order said, plus I got food poisoning from eating here. I don't eat much fast food but was very disappointed with the service and getting sick from eating here was ridiculous! I will never eat here again and warn anyone who will from doing so. Thanks.
Good quality food
I figured I’d try this Arby’s out again after their re-opening… still just as mediocre. The only thing better was the service, there were new smiling faces, my sandwich was luke-warm and the tiny amount of fries I got were also not hot. I’ll continue to get Arby’s all the way in Shillington, as the food there is always hot and delicious.
Quiet Arby's Friendly staff. Place is kept very clean. BBQ ribs sandwich was great. Love their sauces. Stop here every now and then on the way how. Keep up the great work.

Amazing place! Love the atmosphere and everyone was super friendly. I got a sun dried tomato bagel sandwich with egg, sausage and cheese and it was amazing. Also got a caramel mocha which was ok. It was my first time here and Iâm definitely coming
Update - once a month Spectators serves breakfast on a Sunday morning. This morning was perfect timing since I don't cook, and we had overnight guests. There was a fun drink menu offered, but the young woman in our party announced her pregnancy the
Fast Service and delicious food. Had the Brewers Pizza, Spinach and Artichoke Dip, and a Cookies Martini. The restaurant has a very homie feel to it and it's a place I would definitely come back to.
