I moved out of Ardmore and into a rural area, I had heard nothing but good things about Arbuckle, and let me tell you, what you hear is absolutely true! Shawn and his team are freaking amazing. Best customer service I have ever had. Got the install about 2 weeks ago, it was not very good, slow, and a lot of latency. Talked to them about it, and 2 days later technicians were at my doorstep ready to fix it! They spent 4 HOURS, in this TERRIBLE heat with no complaints, making sure my internet was top notch! These guys are super friendly, and I have nothing but good to say! If you are on the fence, don't be, amazing service, and I highly recommend you go with Arbuckle, screw satellite services!
I am in a rural area with limited options. when I first moved to this location signed up with H_ _ _ _ _ _ _ which was a total rip off, poorest service and lack of care I have ever experienced. Wound up having to pay a lot of money to get out of the contract. Signed up with Arbuckle about a year ago and absolutely love it. Their equipment is great their service is great and the monthly fee is very fair. I have great speed, no slow downs, no problems. Thank you Arbuckle for providing such a great internet experience. Update 3/24/2023, Still love Arbuckle! No issues, no concerns. Perfect speed constantly.

Update 7/21/23 - Metal roof. Had lightning strike. Blew out everything. They were here the next day and replaced everything under warranty. 5+ Stars.
Had Brightnet and went from 10mbs to 40+ mbps download, and .80mbps to 8+mbps upload for the same price! Had 4 weeks now, and no issues. Install was quick, neat, and courteous. Wish I'd known about them years ago!
We moved to the area 2 years ago & have had wonderful service from Arbuckle but, last week was worthy of 5 stars for sure. We had lightening hit our pole & knock everything out. We have a business account & I called right away. I begged to have someone out the next day & they said they couldn't guarantee it but, they would try. Well they were here the next day & got us back up & running. The techs that come out are always friendly & helpful as well as the office staff over the phone. We are blessed not to have to use satellite because then I wouldn't be able to work from home.

I have been a customer for several years now and have always had GREAT service (both internet service and customer service)! The internet speed is fast - no matter how many devices are connected - we never have trouble streaming movies, downloading music, playing games, or just surfing the net. It is so great that I often take it for granted just how fast it is; I just expect it to work and it does! Pretty amazing that we can get that kind of Internet service and speed in a rural area!
This location is a food truck with a nice balcony on the side where there is plenty of seating, lighting and fanning. The food was very delicious and for an affordable price. Definitely recommend this place if your passing by the area or live in the
