The Sheridan at Cooper City is the epitome of perfection! An active and lovely community with friendly team members. I had the pleasure of visiting with Nandy, Director of Sales. Nandy is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about her community and Senior Living. I would highly recommend you stopping by for a visit.

My mother has been a resident for two months now and I am very happy that she is in good hands at Arbor Terrace. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, all areas are kept very clean, there are plenty of activities to participate in (only if you want to), and the staff is very friendly and inviting to residents as well as guests. You can tell that the staff cares about the residents' well being.

If you are looking for an assisted living community, look no further than Arbor Terrace. The care and food are excellent. Activities are going on throughout the day. Never a dull moment. It's literally like a cruise ship on land! Thanks for your professionalism, Arbor Terrace!

We explored Arbor Terrace in Cooper City as a potential assisted living residence for our dad. The two really nice representatives that met with us, Musi and Mary, were excellent in presenting all aspects of this very nice facility. They answered all our questions in detail and were so accommodating. In selecting a facility you're also evaluating the expertise and compassion of the people working at the facility and Musi and Mary gave us great confidence that this facility should be near the top of our list. Ultimately we chose another facility but had our dad been assessed to need more intensive memory care then Arbor Terrace would have been our first choice. We're keeping in touch with Musi and Mary because when the time comes that our dad needs a higher level of memory care then Arbor Terrace will be our top choice.

Musi Gal gave us a very thorough informative tour this evening after we flew in from the Cayman Islands. Although she had to stay after hours to accommodate us, she was very upbeat and friendly. The facility is beautifully laid out for easy access for all, and the staff were very friendly. We hope that my sister will choose Arbor City as her new home in 2024.

My mother has been living @ this facility for a year and a half. We checked several other assisted living facilities & none were as nice. It is well kept & clean. They keep the residents engaged with activities. Nandi is very personable. Linda (head of housekeeping) is always ready to assist with anything. She gets it done! Theresa(CPN) is also very obliging. Suzanne @ the front desk is very sweet. These people really help the facility to shine. I would recommend Arbor terrace for assisted living.

Just received a tour of this facility from Nandy, their community sales director. This place is beautiful and it was buzzing with activity. The staff was caring and engaged, and the residents were enjoying their time exercising, relaxing, and enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. They have many different floor plans and options with huge terraces. They also have a nurse on staff 24/7. Definitely look into Arbor Terrace in Cooper City if you are looking for a place for a parent!

My brother has been a resident since October 2022 and is very happy with his overall experience although service in the dining room can be improved. The people are friendly and he does feel at home. Joe W
