Just moved in and I must say management has been very accommodating with everything needed for my newly renovated apartment. Barbara was super and did such a wonderful job over the phone with explaining how the apartment looked that I was sold from the one phone call. And while she was away on vacation when I moved in Wanda was filling her shoes and being just as superior with getting everything established for my move in. Overall great place to live and such an awesome management team. I must not forget Larry he's been such a great helper in getting any issues I've had resolved quickly. Thanks to you as well Larry!

The property is great, good quiet neighborhood, reasonable prices, the complex is nice and clean. I love my apartment but most importantly the management and staff is superb, I appreciated the genuine courtesy and urgency to assist me. Definitely deserves a 5 star rating from my experience. Mrs. Deborah, Barbara and Wanda thank you all for the environment you’ve created, it makes it easier to live here comfortably.

My family and I have been here for about 3 years and we love it. The community manager is beyond kind and very accommodating. Her staff is very helpful and responds swiftly to any questions or concerns. The community is both pet and children friendly. However, it is not dirty nor loud - things you would expect from a child and pet friendly community. The maintenance team and landscapers provide a welcoming and clean community. In summary, if you’re looking for a great, quiet, and friendly community - this is the home for you. The school’s associated are also phenomenal.

Barbara and her staff has been wonderful and how they help the community and the tenants that lives here. They strives to make sure everyone is happy and I enjoy living living here. I’ve been living at Arbor Place for a year now and I must say this has been a very pleasant stay!!! Barbara and Deborah are always very professional and maintenance always respond promptly. Will definitely be renewing my lease.

Barbara. Barbara. Barbara. An angel sent from above, I haven't even moved in yet and I've already paid the deposit. She went out of her way to help us find the perfect apartment within this community AND sent me pictures from the same unit we will be moving into on the same day....pictures from every angle......THIS IS UNHEARD OF AND I LOVE IT.

When we first moved here we were so excited! After being here for barely a year, If I could give 0 stars I would ! I have been living here since July of last year! From the time we moved in we had no A/C. Over the course of living here, our A/C has went out several times, after numerous maintenance requests they attempted to fix it, but most recently did not replace the filter. Our hot water stopped working, our garbage disposal broke, recently our washing machine broke, and our water heater has been leaking constantly. It stopped for a little while and has been broken ever since. We have puddles of water everywhere, from the entrance of our apartment, and throughout the general living area (which is causing mold all over our walls). The water has reached the first bathroom and bedroom (making the carpet soaking wet), and has reached the closet area inside the bedroom. Recently, we requested to be moved to a different apartment, instead of contacting us with our concerns, they sent maintenance in to “fix” the issues. They “fixed” the mold by painting over it. The same way they “fixed” the mold when it first started occurring. These conditions are unacceptable. The entire apartment is hot, and it stinks because of the mold and water !

I usually don’t leave reviews but it’s needed. There was things that needed to be fixed when I moved in minor things. But let’s first off start withMs. Wanda helping me get into my home and also finding something in my price range especially with the economy and how it’s going. She’s really nice I like her! I mean yeah apartment complexes are always gonna have a problem with something but overall I’m satisfied especially that I can afford this lol!! Second Ms. Barbara she is awesome I had issues she came over here checked everything out personally which she didn’t have to get up out the office and walk over here….That’s my baby lol. She is soo loving and just understanding. Communication is key and that’s one thing she’s does forsure and she acknowledges every issue that needs to be resolved. The only thing I can say is there just needs to be more maintenance workers & the pool needs to be cleaner and more polished up I wish the gym was open earlier and open a little longer lol. Other then that you’re literally by everything store wise. Not too far from the city it’s affordable. Good schooling system for my kids. So I’m thankful and I’m thankful God put me In the right place at this moment until my time is up. Everyone in the office is really nice and sweet. Spacious apartment for my three bedroom and nice built in office with it.
