This is a fantastic mall but needs a lot of love and caring from the community. It will serve all your needs and has a fantastic selections.
The mall is going downhill. Empty stores are growing in number and it’s par for the course as area malls seem to be closing due to the type of shoppers visiting the malls. Ever since this mall opened, the stores that are common in other malls never carried the same line of quality products. Stores were fooling customers by offering a cheaper line of clothing for the same price that other malls were selling a better quality item for.
Update the food court! Go to IKEA, invest in a ton of chairs and tables. My clothes were sticking to the table. The chairs are so ripped up. The American Mall might be dying but does it have to look that way?
Bring in local makers to fill the void. Can you imagine LOCAL items being sold here? Cute hipster shops? Or a selfie store?
Only got to stop by for a moment to get some bubble tea at the Thai place here in this mall. My sister used to work at this mall and it was her suggestion. :)
Santa is here...The 'white' Santa named Brian is rude and nasty, My children had photos to take and 'Santa' would not let us stand inside the set to smile at our children to encourage them to smile back for the photos. He was very 'snappish'.
Normally, the greeter would allow it and she was nice to not just us, but all of the children with a nice happy smile and inviting the children to speak to Santa, but had stepped away to the restroom but 'Santa' was just plain nasty. We also overheard him 'cursing' in casual conversations with his staff. He's probably not a good choice for working with young children in the middle of a mall during what is supposed to be the 'happy holiday season' in a Santa suit which is supposed to create 'happy, memorable moments for children.'
The Santa at the mall didn't have time for my 6 year old. I couldn't afford a picture package, $40. And told them they can hold my purse and don't have to snap a photo that he just wanted to see santa for a second and they told me they were two busy. There were only two kids there before him. He was wearing cowboy boots and was very thin. My kid cried. Just didn't seem right.
Not one of my favorite malls, but Arbor Place definitely has some ✨️gems✨️ There's a super cute makeup counter across from JCPenny in the middle of the mall that makes the trip worth while.
Don’t shop with the shoe mgk up here im a young black man being polite turning them down (they already pushy) then worker saiid “I can’t stand black people thats why I like my white customers !” Their customer base is predominantly black so this was crazy to me. They don’t take NO for an answer and that kills the want to even support them. I don’t even leave reviews but they gonna catch the wrong one with that one day…

I enjoyed the Hot yoga class. Genevieve is such a dope teacher. She guides you and encourages you through the practice. Which I appreciate. Iâm so glad a friend from the class told myself and my sister about her and her classes.
This has been my third time so far coming back. The place is very clean. The food is very hot and seasoned just right. Thereâs no need for extra because they give you enough with your order. Food is A-1. I attached a picture of this delicious flavo

I was searching for a nature trail & found this great place. Open spaces, easy trail with seating throughout for you to break & enjoy nature, or take in the scenery and enjoy a good book. Disc golf course throughout, but does not detract from trail w
Chips and Salsa were great. Salsa was spice which I loved. We got the fajita burrito and the chimmichanga. Both were delicious. Had a frozen margarita which was also fantastic. Came here off the stop of interstate 20 based on the reviews and was de

Casa Jalisco is an absolute gem in Douglasville! This Mexican restaurant surpassed all my expectations with its delectable flavors and warm hospitality. From the moment I stepped in, the vibrant ambiance and friendly staff made me feel right at home.
The catfish was amazing both options. Rather, it be fried or blackened, sure the grilled is just as sumptuous!
Service is fast, accurate, and also friendly, which is these a rarity these days.

We love Aqua-Tots Douglasville Swim School. I began bringing my daughter to swim lessons at 4months. As a new mom the staff made me feel very welcomed and educated me on all the facts about water safety. All the instructors are very informative and p
