Arbor Lakes Apartments - Apartment rental agency in Elkhart - 22538 Pine Arbor Dr, USA

The outside of the apartments is very nice. Arranged well with nice scenery. Sadly the insides of the apartment I was shown was not as nice as the website photos show. Mold, cracked and broken doors, baseboards and bathrooms that needed repair. The rooms were very small. The water heater was placed in plain view between laundry room and kitchen. Looked like a hazard for children. Sorry, but I will not be renting one of your apartments.

Me and my fiance have been looking at other apartments but none of them seemed like "home" we tour at arbor lakes and we loved it. Cass helped us from the tour to our move in process. She's wonderful and super sweet. She made the move in process ten times easier. It's only day two for us but so far we love it!

If you want to live with out hot water and be told it’s normal, this is the place for you!! If you like to hear your neighbors music or smell their smoking or watch them flaunt breaking every rule there is without consequences or drive highway speeds in the parking lots or have your car hit and run without any support from management, if that sounds good to you then you will LOVE arbor lakes. If that doesn’t sound like the best, maybe avoid this place.

I've lived here now for almost 3 years, and have never personally had any problems! Very well kept grounds, and very nice office staff! To me it's a bit of a hidden gem in Elkhart as I think it's one of the nicer apartment complexes in the area. The apartments are pretty spacious, and relatively up to date. It's nice that they have Smart locks, that you no longer need a key for. The pool is very nice very clean, but tends to get very crowded in the summer as it's a great place to be! I'm planning on living here for quite a while longer, and can't really think of any other place to be!

When I made the decision that this was where I wanted “my home” to be, my interactions with the staff were great. Day 2–I came home to find an envelope on my door. What could this be? The battery on my door pin pad needed to be replaced. Day 3– it’s going to be replaced. That’s pretty quickly in my book.

The guys are always friendly. They did a good job and didn't take a long time getting it done. I always tell new people about how good our maintenance team is.

We lived here for 2 1/2 years. The management that is here now is much better than when we first moved in back in 2021. We enjoyed our time here and had a pleasant experience.

Repairs were made timely and well. Servicemen were polite and knowledgeable. Thank You.
