Would give zero stars If I could, when I walked in the entire room smelled of drug paraphernalia of crack I had to leave the windows and door open for hours to try to get the smell out which stayed, bathroom was disgusting the toilet was not clean it consisted of human feces on the toilet seat it self, went to the office and explained for them to hand me a rag to clean, didn't use the bathroom there, the used toilet paper rolls had needle marks on the side with blood!! Bugs everywhere along with seeing a Roach, the shower has a huge crack and hole into the floor with no screen to cover the drain along with used soap bars left in the shower, the sheets were dirty and smelled absolutely disgusting freezer and fridge were dirty, please don't waste money here this family owns two motels and neither are clean also rude and are never at the office or answer the phone, for safety and health please don't come here! Would hate for anyone to get sick

This place is nasty only come here for a night or so unless you want bed. Bugs and no one cleans the rooms correctly. I've been waiting three days for clean Sheets The board of health would have a field day here

Called to make a reservation for a homeless person and the customer service is absolute hot garbage! I'd rather pay the $10 more to send someone elsewhere. The woman was rude and so unprofessional on the other line... unreal

Nuit du 21 au 22 juin 2023 dans la chambre 34 pour $80.00 taxes incluses. Je ne me souviens pas à coup sûr du numéro de la chambre. C'est au fond sur la droite dans la partie non rénovée quand vous êtes devant la réception, pour vous situer. Notre moto Goldwing est stationnée devant cette chambre quand vous regardez nos photos. Cette chambre nous a été assignée et nous n'avons pas pris la peine de visiter quelques chambres. Nous étions exténués de notre journée après plusieurs heures de moto. La circulation routière était dense et folle sur cette route 1 près de Boston. Nous étions placés dans un coin avec une turbulence festive de personnes habitant ce motel en permanence si vous saisissez ce que je veux dire. Alcool, marijuana, musique et bruit dérangeant jusqu'à environ 23h30 à l'extérieur des chambres d'à côté. Je me suis aperçu le lendemain matin que la partie à gauche de la réception était rénovée et avait bien meilleure apparence. Il vaudrait la peine de visiter quelques chambres de cette partie si jamais vous vous y arrêtez. Nos deux lits étaient douteux avec des matelas qui avaient fait leur temps. Une très forte odeur d'égout émanait de la salle de bain et envahissait la chambre pour notre plus grand déplaisir. Dans la salle de bain même, cette odeur était à faire lever le cœur! C'est inacceptable de recevoir des gens dans ces conditions. ||Il y avait du sang séché sur une de mes taies d'oreiller que j'ai pris en photo. Les chaises extérieures sont bonnes pour être mises à la ferraille, rien de moins. Il y a du café gratuit à la réception dès 7 heures mais nous ne vous le recommandons pas même si nous en avons pris. L'emplacement était sale au superlatif. La carafe devait être impérativement lavée et relavée. Mon épouse a eu des malaises intestinaux par la suite et nous soupçonnons grandement que cela soit une conséquence de cette insalubrité. Quelques sachets de sucres et de poudre placés dans un petit panier sale, quelques verres et voilà pour l'accueil matinal de cette réception meublée avec du mobilier en décrépitude des années 60. Un fait à noter si vous avez l'ouïe très affinée disons, est que le bruit infernal de la circulation peut vous déranger. Je crois que c'est à peu près l'équivalent que d'être dans une estrade de course automobile. ||En conclusion, nous donnons une étoile à défaut de ne pas pouvoir n'en laisser aucune.||Nous vous proposons quelques photos tout de même pour vous donner une idée des lieux. ||Évitez cet endroit si cela vous est possible. || ||Avis rédigé le 4 juillet 2023 à Salaberry de Valleyfield, Québec, Canada.

Made a reservation due to a last minute emergency and was promptly charged the full amount. When I arrived, was told that there were no rooms available and there was nothing they could do. After driving 2 hours to this place only to be told at midnight that there were no rooms available even though they were very quick to charge the full amount was beyond infuriating. However, I may have dodged a bullet. Once you walk into the reception area you will see why. It's absolutely filthy. The couches are stained and disgusting, how can a business allow their customer's first interaction be in a reception area that is so filthy. Definitely proves you get what you pay for. 4 thumbs down.

I am always very honest with my reviews and I am giving this place 5 stars and here is why ! The service is absolutely amazing best customer service hands down ! If you communicate they communicate and that's key ! They are always so kind so friendly and very understanding and compassionate people that run it! Sally is an angel so is victor and Joe ! Some come and go and some stay a little longer so it's a family vibe and the price is very reasonable ! Yes it's an older motel and needs some work but no place is perfect and the service you get overrides the older feel ! If there is a problem they will do their best to work with you not against you ! Don't hesitate to try this place ! I don't know why people say there are bugs in the beds there aren't in the room I stayed and I always recommend you check for that type of thing anywhere you stay regardless if it's a Hilton or a motel no place has immunity to that so do your own due diligence as a customer as well as the place you stay doing theirs . Anyways all in all this is a great place to stay gas station is a 2 min walk stores target , stop n shop etc. 4 min drive ! Have a blessed and beautiful day everyone !

This was the worst motel I ever stayed at. It was dirty. The smoke alarm was missing. A spill in the freezer was never cleaned. Hair in the sink. There was a red stain on the blanket. There was a loud argument outside my room. Please avoid this place for your own safety.

Rooms were Clean, However, Antiquated and Non Atmouspheric. More of a Quick overnight or for the Delivery / Trucking Industry Personnel.
