I want to thank Roberto in maintenance. He is quick and efficient with the service. We had a slew of issues with the bathroom from the vents being dirty to holes in the tiles causing mold and growths to spread. No amount of cleaning and scrubbing with bleach would remove it. He patched everything up for us and made it look new again. Thank you!

Roberto did a fantastic job helping us with a sink job. He went out of his way to get some extra parts for us and he did the job quick and efficiently. The maintenance crew is one the best parts of the apartments!

Roberto replaced 3 patio screens in my apartment and is taking care of replacing my ice maker. He was professional and friendly! He did a wonderful job and was helpful. My dog loved him also! I appreciate the hard work and timeliness of it! Thank you so much for making my home even better!

I would like to thank Roberto for fixing the washer machine today 1/18/2024. He got it to work in no time! I had mentioned to him that the dryer also needed some care and he went straight to work on it. He put in a new compartment for the knobs of the dryer. Thank you Roberto for fixing our toilet today. 1/23/24, he replaced the toilet handle and flapper with a brand new one and explained what the issue was. He was very precise and professional, and I would like to give him 5 stars.

Wanted to give a shout out to Roberto - he stopped by and took care of our sink which needed a new filter, and changed a shower head and now the shower is operating perfectly! Love how fast Roberto answered the request and was friendly and explained what he did and why! 5 stars!

I placed an emergency call due to an overflowing backed up toilet. I got a callback in less the 20 minutes and Roberto was at my door immediately. He successfully took care of the issue and too my surprise went above and beyond bagging the soiled towels and sanitizing the floor with bleach. I've been a resident for eight years and Roberto is irreplaceable and sincerely deserves more than five stars. He's got my support!!

I have lived at Arbor Glen for over a year and their maintenance staff is FANTASTIC! I have had some issues with appliances (A/C, microwave and fridge) and they have always provided excellent service. Jay and Roberto will go the extra mile to make sure your apartment and maintenance needs are met. They are nice, fast, and extremely reliable. I would give them both 20 stars if I could.
