Good location right in River Run. Room was just ok. Issues noticed were, bulbs burnt out hadn't been changed. The kitchen was good. The TV system is a little silly, as you have to use two remotes just to get it working. Same in the bedroom. Very awkward. Pull-out couch was very sad. Couldn't use it because the mattress was shot. More comfortable sleeping on the couch itself, but not much. The bathroom sink faucet, hot and cold water, was backwards, right for hot, left for cold. There are just lots of little things that make a difference to the guest. I also saw online that the condo, room 8114, is for sale. Overall, it got us through! Love Keystone!
Location is great, but like another person said the hot tub is down for the entire season and they don't tell you until you get there. We checked in early, paid the deposit and spent the day skiing after they said they would call us when it's ready. 4pm rolls around and we never received a call. We called them and it still wasnt ready. We had to drive 20 minutes through ski traffic back to the condo registration, wait in line for another 20, and when we got to the front the room was "ready". We ended up finding cheerios is one of the beds and a summit pass belonging to someone's kid
Rooms are adequate. Amenities are nice. Wish they were dog friendly.
Hotel itself was fine. Customer service gets a 1/5. Booked our stay, THEN received word that the hot tub was down. Arapahoe Lodge provided no refund for the inconvenience. Will not be staying here again.
The location of the Arapahoe lodge is great, but that is where the magic ends. Our room was gross! The walls had caked on dust and so did the fans. The walls were so gross we had to wash them before we could relax. Isn’t that how every great vacation should start? The walls were textured and the dust built up over time. The fans were disgusting. We dared not look behind the couch. Our unit needed a deep clean. The windows did not close all the way and the unit was cold at night. Also from a safety perspective a hotel employee walked in our unit while we were there without knocking and said they were there to fix something, we made no request for repairs. I emailed vail resorts twice times with pictures and descriptions of the problems and eventually only received a canned response. This was our typical ski destination, but after the condition of the room and lack of caring after the fact we will not return or recommend…
Beautiful place, amazing condos, market Plaza right nearby with restaurants and shops. But, when I called for info on activities, they were pretty rude to me and did not give clear info. And when I checked in, I was also treated rudely. However staff in the conference center and working the gondola have been super friendly and helpful. One downside to this whole resort tho is it's like a confusing maze to find your way around, and it seems fairly far / complicated to get into town and get to a gas station or something.
The location was fantastic, but there was no AC - so a tad hot. No extra blankets but all the same a great place and we enjoyed our time!
Location is perfect, very laid back feel and comfortable. Don't forget about the shop to pick up anything you need for your stay
Our condo was very nice. The pool and hot tub area is beautiful day and night. The fire pit was working the 1st night. So we got supplies for s'mores, but it was not working for the rest of our stay. The media room was advertised as having an extensi
Great hotel for the price! Do not expect luxury from this place, as itâs not what youâre paying for. Perfect place for ski bums who just need a nice place to sleep and donât mind the rough edges. The hot tub and proximity to keystone resort are
Mainly rocky and rough trails but all were a great ride and very fun. The jumps have pretty steep lips but there are lots of optional lines and a great vertical decent from the top of the gondola.
This place is great. I've been in town for a week and driven past every day and thought it was a coffee shop. It's an actual Brewery with a kitchen and they brew coffee! Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all available. Come and get it. The hazy beer wa
