We went to a birthday pool party & my daughter had a blast! Our birthday host was excellent with the kids. Now my daughter wants swim lessons & to have her birthday party here as well.
Great price for beginner lessons. Small classes. Both times we have gone it's been 3-1 ratio. Teachers are so patient and kind and seem to genuinely love to work with kids. Highly recommend!
Our daughter loves their after school program and this is her second year attending. They help her with her homework and pick her up from school. She’s considered a part timer because she only goes 3 times a week. Last year she was allowed to swim twice a week but they suddenly changed it to only allow part timers to swim once a week which we weren’t too happy about. They’re still however a great service, I just wish they were more vocal about this change as their website doesn’t mention any of this.
Pretty pricey. Pool is not property maintained. Eyes burn a lot due to a combined chlorine issue. Possible ph issue as well. Water smells of chlorine due to high combined chlorine.(not total chlorine) Need to non chlorine shock it. Water tastes like salt due to high TDS. If you dont understand, please google.
The pool smells of chlorine due to the chloramines in it. Also, properly maintained saltwater pool does not taste like salt. You dont taste the 3200 ppm of salt in the pool. This, again is from TDS and not the salt.
Test your combined chlorine level.
Maybe you'll be surprised at how high it is.
My kid(9) has really enjoyed learning how to swim at Aquaventure. He has really progressed over the past several months. He likes it so much he asks to go to Aquaventure for the day camps when school is out (teacher workday).
Brought my grandson in for his lessons a little slow at first but then lessons picked up and pleased with end results..He can swim by himself and he is so excited..recommend you all get some things to challenge them a little more..
The pool is okay. However, it’s ridiculously overpriced if you aren’t a member. There is no soap in the showers, which I believe is a code violation since everyone is “required” to shower with soap prior to entering any public pool. Lastly, how is it that you don’t have a suit dryer?!
Love Aquaventure. I have fun and the staff is really great. I’ve discovered you’re never too old to learn how to swim thanks to Jill and Ivy. See you all soon.
My kids (10yrs and 14yrs) took the open water scuba course with Ms. Carolyn and her staff in May 2022. I have nothing but good things to say about her and her crew. They made the process as stress free and fun as I could have hoped for. From signu
I went out to take care of somethings and found out about Grounded after meeting the owner! So my Husband and I went over (I love coffee) and let me just say the experience, the vibe, the coffee and the food were amazing. It gives me a vibe from back
Please read everything - I want to be sure everyone gets a solid understanding about Marlins and what about it. First you need to know that's its a private club in which you can very easily get a membership by walking in and asking for one from the b
First time trying this restaurant and hands down, best food in Eastern North Carolina, not even close! Service is excellent and staff is friendly. Parking in rear. Will be returning frequently. Highly recommend the crab cakes and lamp chops!!
