I have been an equipment vendor to Aquatic Technologies since 2010 and I am proud to offer up my thoughts on the company. They have consistently impressed me with their level of commitment to their customer's needs. We have worked together on several difficult installations, and without fail they have made the decision that favored their customer, even if it cost them in the short term. I have worked with a number of school districts, cities, and businesses that have had their projects built by and maintained by the team at Aquatic Technologies and without fail they all praise the efforts of the company.

Aquatic came highly recommended by our landscape architect, as did all the contractors he referred. However, our experience with them left much to be desired. Aquatic subbed out all the work on our pool remodel. Most of the subs had beat up old trucks and rag tag crews. The work was average at best, but on several occasions it was done wrong and had to be torn out and redone. This delayed not only the pool job, but also the entire landscape project. Worst of all was Aquatic's unprofessional attitude in dealing with the issues. They acknowledged things were done wrong, but didn't so much as apologize for their mistakes. In fact, their staff would point fingers and blame others, yet Aquatic is who I hired to do the entire job. Finally, their customer service since the pool was finished has been shockingly unprofessional. When a part broke just 3 months following the install, I had to contact Aquatic several times to even get a response. Once I did, it took another couple weeks to get someone to come out. Once he did, he brought the wrong screwdriver (not kidding) and could not replace the item. And, he dropped the wrong screwdriver in the pool and left it there! Three weeks later, following a business trip, I contacted Aquatic yet again to get the item replaced. It was finally replaced and Aquatic followed up by writing me a sarcastic email starting the "skimmer door is fixed, I'm sure you pool will work much better now." Not the kind of quality and service I was expecting for the premium price I paid. Your results may vary, but as a business owner, I would never tolerate any employee taking a sarcastic tone with any customer.
