Great experience with this builder from startup to finish. Great communication at first with Mark, he went above and beyond, even went to the office on a holiday weekend and a Saturday to accommodate our schedule. Then the building communication with Fred was also spot on! They had a pool built in my backyard in 5 weeks, yes 5 weeks only! and that's because I pushed the 2 final stages out due to the holidays. I would definitely recommend Mark and Fred and this company to build your pool!

Very professional, amazing attention to detail, timely, flexible, provided nothing but quality, knowledgeable teams throughout the whole process! Great Superintendent- Thank you Mark! Their contractors did excellent work and were friendly and responsive to questions and suggestions along the way. My husband and I completed a pool build with Aquatic Arts in September 2023. I am giving 5 stars here, but my review is split. I cannot recommend the designer here. He was completely uninterested in our project and I will leave it at that. The design process was 2 1/2 stars at best and problematic. However, the build process with Fred far and above exceeded our expectations. He was on site nearly every single day, and the project stayed on schedule the entire time. He walked us through the process, was professional and made himself available to us. The entire crew that completed our build was unbelievably efficient and on top of every last detail. We still have a few changes that we'd like to make and we will deal with Fred directly for all of it. 5 stars all the way.
