Aquarius Casino Resort - Resort hotel in Laughlin - 1900 S Casino Dr, USA

So we usually stay at the riverside , or the Colorado belle when that used to be a thing . We never tried Aquarius cause it seemed to fancy aka expensive . ||We tried it and we regret it , it’s 1am and the. Bathrooms are backed up not only is the toilet no flushing but the bathtub is full of God knows what .||I understand it’s 1am but they offered us to move rooms but my son is asleep the room is across the hall I don’t want to wake my son up so I asked for them to let me shower and poop in the other room and in the morning when my son awakes I will love the rest of the stuff they said it is impossible to do . ||Like what ? There is poop literally coming from my bathtub and I came from 5 hours of gambling . My oldest is asleep I don’t want to bother them||I ask the lady to do me a favor and she gets hysterical saying she can’t that she already waved the resort fee like women I’m not broke I don’t need extra cash for poop being on my tub I actually need you to help me out but she keeps throwing in my face that she’s Gaven me a discount like wtf def first and last here ! ||Love the gambling here but the front desk is not helpful when thier toilets are backed up

All was good. It was nice to have several restaurant options within the hotel. Would have been nice to have had accessible business center for guests as I had to print some important documents that were time sensitive. I had to go to a CVS in Bullhead City that was about 14 miles away just to print a few pages.

Rooms do not have a microwave to warm all the delicious leftovers from the restaurants in the casino. Pool area is non smoking and there is very little shade so that was bummer. Overall the customer service was awesome!

I guess it’s kind of you get what you pay for here. The rooms look clean at a glance but the counter tops and handle for the doors were sticky so it made me a little nervous about the beds. The check in staff and bartender for the bar in the middle of the casino were not very approachable or kind. Specific shout out to the pool staff including the bartender on 8/13/24 between 7PM - 8PM. That staff was awesome and the reason I am leaving more than a 2-star review for service. They were super nice and friendly and really cared about the safety of the kids that were in the pool.

Although all the staff were great a big shout out for ROBERT H at the zodiac bar is warranted. He was extremely kind well mannered and cared about his customers. |Thank you ROBERT H. |Rooms although dated were comfortable and clean . Location perfect. Jet skies outside were excellent

We did not stay at Aquarius, but we did gamble here and we really enjoyed it. The drink service was good and slots paid well. Yes, this is not Vegas but we opted for this place instead of Vegas because Vegas is well, Vegas-y. As others have mentioned it is a little run down, there are ceiling fans reminiscent of the 1990's, and the carpet has 90's feel but make no mistake this place is fun to eat and gamble in. Thanks Aquarius for the great time!

Grateful to the staff of Aquarius. All were very kind and willing to help in any way they could. Check-in was smooth thanks to Dianna. We needed some extra pillows and came across Leslie who was kind enough to get me some pillow cases for the ones the front desk gave me. She went the extra step to put them on. Overall good hotel. Needs a fresh paint job on some floors but the staff makes it worth it to come back. Cheers to them.

Of all the casinos I checked out in Laughlin, this is, by far, the best. I was delighted to learn that they are part of True Rewards so I already had a players card on arrival. Liked the gaming action. Casino is big. people were very friendly. Bartenders and cocktail waitresses were on top of offering me drinks very quickly while I played. If I return to Laughlin this is at the top of my list of places to stay and play.
