I called Aptora for support because our mobile server was not communicating with our techs. Jace was quick to remotely log into our server and fix our problem. Jace was easy to work with and made the whole process easy. I am very grateful for the excellent support!
Our company has been using Aptora for all of it's software needs for over 10 years. Their sales rep Jonathan is super helpful with recommendations that can help your business. We use Total office Manager and Mobil. Reports are detailed and help us maintain our company at a high level. I highly recommend an in office training with Arika as well. This software and staff are worth every penny they ask for. Their value far exceeds the price.
I recently had the opportunity to work with one of the support agents at Aptora on two separate occasions. Jace Morrison was one of the best customer support individuals that I have had the privilege of working with in a long time. I am a computer consultant with over 30 years of experience in solving problems. Jace was very knowledgeable and quickly came up with the answers to the problems that we were experiencing in migrating the client's software from a server that had crashed to a new Windows 2022 server that was determined to do it's own way. When faced with problems that he was not 100% familiar with, he had no problem in bringing in other resources to assist in getting the problem solved quickly. I would have no problem working with Jace anytime in the future.
Every person I have dealt with at Aptora is extremely gracious and very professional. Not to mention you will feel as though you are family when the call is done! Everyone that you will deal with at Aptora will do all they can to quickly resolve the issue that you are faced with. We have used Aptora for nearly 7 years, and recently move to the Aptora Cloud. The deployment team makes the move simple and quick. The technical support department, for me is amazing.

This product, is like a snipers rifle, the more you use it the better you shoot-if you are only making random long shots, you may be disappointed-however, in a well trained hand the sniper rifle can do a wonderful job-as is the software made by Aptora-use it, learn it and lean on the Aptora team-we have for nearly 7 years! Yes, some struggles, and mainly self imposed struggles. You will be treated very well.
My husband and I have been with Aptora now for 9 months and decided it would be beneficial for us to attend their Apotora University training workshop. We just finished our three day training and it was one of the best decisions and investments we could have made. The owner James, along with his staff, were 100 % available, attentive, accommodating and informative and provided us with a comfortable, friendly and family like atmosphere. The location couldn’t have been more convenient with the class being held in our hotel conference center and food and drinks were provided to us everyday, all day.
The training content was well structured but the topics were also driven by all of us who attended... we were able to ask questions, get our issues known and resolved and our suggestions were always taken into account and accommodated. I have not found another company where we as customers, have this much hands on and face to face interaction with our software company support team, let alone the owner himself. And even more so, we were able to meet and share with other business owners and be exposed to different perspectives and ideas on how to use Aptora. The whole experience was truly priceless and insightful. James truly cares for his customers, he was straight forward, down to earth and truly wanted all of us to leave with a better understanding of his product and to feel comfortable speaking with anyone on his team. We left feeling confident and more knowledgeable about all aspects of Aptora and look forward to continuing our great business relationship with all the Aptora staff. I would highly recommend attending the next Aptora University training!

We've been a TOM user since 2010 and I can't say enough positives about this software program and how helpful everyone at this company has been to us.
