Poor customer service with Lisa Long(owner). Kitchen staff is horrible and can not follow customer orders. Food is never consistent with portion sizes. I ordered 2 chefs salads one with no olives or onions and the other no olives onions or mushrooms and the mushrooms are a major thing due to food allergies. Both were made exactly the same with mushrooms and no olives and huge strips of meat. Called and was told to bring them back to be remade, I got the replacement and open the box to see the same long strips of meat not chopped like they should be. Hostess apologized and had them fix it and opened the one box and looked fine, and did not open the other one which is my fault. As I got home and found they had done the exact same salads again with no mushrooms or olives, green peppers and still had onions. Called and spoke to the owner and explained to her the situation and was told “ok, sorry” with zero sympathy. Will never eat there again which is horrible as White Sulphur has zero affordable eating options.

Stop here while in town for a football game. Taco salads were well portioned, fresh and delicious! Salad bar also was fresh. Environment was nice and comfortable. Outside seating was nice. Our server Stephanie was nice and helpful. We enjoyed the place! Men’s bathroom was tiny—I would recommend busting out the urinal and only having the toilet that way there a little more leg room and room for larger people. Great otherwise!

Ordered pizza on 12/23 for my FIL 87th birthday. The lady taking order was very friendly. We asked for the pizzas to be a little crispy. Upon arriving home the slices were limp. Pepperoni and cheese was great. Special was not good. It was plenty of toppings just not fully cooked.

Placed an order for my job today. Rode from Lewisburg to pick up. I asked for a large turkey sandwich and wanted to add some things to it. Provolone cheese being one of them. When I got back to work, my order has no cheese at all. I called to let them know about this, thinking I would be asked if I would like my order made again. Instead I was told that when she took my order, she didn't hear the cheese part. She then states that I wasn't charged for it, and if there was anything else wrong. I said no. She says sorry about that, and hangs up. This has not been an issue in the past. The owners are awesome. I just feel that the customer service was absolutley horrible. Paying for what I ordered is not a problem. I just want it to be correct. If it isn't, it should be corrected.

Employees were great. Food was good. Delivery good. That's a big chef salad and I'd like to have one now. Please get cannolis on the menu, along with New York Cheesecake.

Stopped by during the power outage last night. My pizza was incorrect but they made it right with no issue! Would have been happy to wait a few more minutes as the replacement was a little undercooked but reheated our leftovers for lunch today and it was fantastic! Highly recommend - crust is wonderful & the service is fabulous!

This place is beautiful, and the very good service came from Virginia Beach, when we decided to go down to try the food here, it was an excellent choice, it is much more than pizzas

The atmosphere is so welcoming & staff is very friendly. I loved the valentine decor everywhere, pretty & tasteful. Loved the sock dog! Huge Barbie collection as you walk in, behind the register is neat to look at. The pizza was delicious with the right amount of cheese & crunch & generous amount of toppings.
