I am a teacher in Harford County, MD and have worked with a Promethean/ActivInspire whiteboard in the classroom since 2007. Using the first generation of boards, our pens were designed with a nib that, over time, seems to vanish. Rather than purchasing new pens, I contacted Promethean HQ who directed me to their "Need it Now" website which had a bag of 100 nibs at a cost of $30.00 with a packing/shipping charge of $32.00 for less than a pound- too much for my "out-of-pocket". I contacted Applied Technology, as the local distributor for Promethean. I not only got what I needed, but the company donated them to our school. Finding businesses like this in our state make me glad I am part of Maryland's educational environment. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing their services. Being an extremely busy office, the sales manager took time from his workweek to solve my problem and wait for me to pick them up! Thank you, Bob!
