Brought the part I needed into the parts counter must say the lady was polite. She said they do handle the part I brought in, however she said she didn't know how to look it up bc she didn't know what the part was. I told her what it was and what equipment it went on and she still told me didn't know how to look it up or what it was. I then pulled it up on my phone and showed her the part. She says we'll there it is all you need is a credit card you can just order it yourself. What kind of customer service is that?
