Veterans Day dinner was delicious! Staff was beyond courteous to every vet that walked thru the doors. It was great to see so many veterans from every branch of service, many who served in numerous conflicts both young and old alike.

We ordered our steaks. My wife's steak was very well done when she ordered medium rare. The staff and the manager went above and beyond. Not only did they promptly put in another steak for my wife they made another for me! (which I had no complaint of my first one) They also gave us a nice discount. Will be back again soon and would recommend to all family and friends. Thanks for the amazing date night.

My husband and I went here a couple weeks ago! It was the best restaurant experience I’ve had in a while! Xenia sat us to our table and she was super nice. Our server was very fast (I didn’t catch his name). The food was great at a great price! They also didn’t charge me extra for swapping out the sides that came with my meal, so that was a pleasant surprise.

I was sad for my parents on our experience tonight especially for over $100 night, I would be reluctant to pay much at all. I am a 5 star review guy, we are tippers, but this can’t be left unnoticed. Many concerns and frustrations. I am editing from my original review so it’s more clear. Granted they were very busy. There were 5 of us, 2 got the all you can eat (only 1 order all night) couple appetizers (good food). Some standard: (granted it’s not just this location or business, but, the female who brought the first plate of food, slammed the plate down loudly, turned her back and left faster than we could say thank you and/or let her know the order was incomplete and we decided to eat the meal and was nearly done by the time anyone checked back. No 2 min follow up by anyone. When we asked a waitress taking an order to our left and right tables if she would mind bringing tartar sauce, she said, “I will let the waiter know…by the way he was too busy making drinks she said. Personal responsibility goes a long ways. I have the answer, go get the tarter sauce…be a great teammate and and free up your co-workers time. When the food was brought out they were clueless who had what, which is fine, but do you really have to spill sauce on the floor and table and drop multiple French fries and not of a care in the world? Could we get a refill on the drinks? Could anyone do a 2 minute rule after the food is delivered, if ya did you would have known about the sauces, the partially incorrect order, desire for a second order, (specifically my mom didn’t care for a specific sauce on the chicken and barely ate it), and the empty ketchup bottle. One person said, I will get a manager and you can explain to her what your upset about….I said, you already know the issues, why don’t you tell the manager first and then have them come over. Just a pure pass the buck to the next person and not take ownership At the end the nicest person was the manager and a young man who cleared table dishes near the end. We didn’t want $ off the bill. We wanted to not be just a # at a family restaurant. I’m not looking for a all inclusive 5 star resort type of experience but ya gather what I mean. Your staff culture was low this night, I really could not believe what I was seeing or over hearing. A few people were really rude, short especially to my father, Overall I originally wanted to give 2 stars but changing to 1. Happy to change the review after we talk. This may be the second 1 star review I have ever left. A few simple changes would have been a 5 star.

Overall good experience. Food and atmosphere was good. We ate and asked for the bill, the server pointed to the tablet on our table & told us to pay with the tablet. So, we paid our $65 bill and left a $30 tip. We waited for him to return to ask him for a receipt as the tablet didn’t offer one. He informed us that there was a mistake and we paid the bill for the table behind us. Apparently, the tablets were mixed up while we were being seated. The manager Amy came over and apologized for the mix up. We offered to pay the difference but couldn’t afford to pay both bills (as the first payment we made wouldn’t be back in our bank account for 5-7 business days). Amy was kind & listened to our concerns & handled everything professionally. I suppose the lesson from this is, robots can’t replace human interaction lol Thanks for the good food and service!

Applebees has always been a fun and friendly place to get together with friends and family, however recently the atmosphere has been unwelcoming and uncomfortable. I was apart of a group that was lectured on the correct way to tip. Not sure why, I have always tipped generously, but I can guarantee that I will not be coming back. Maybe our waitress was having a rough day, but that is no excuse to treat loyal customers with such a manner. I am not one to leave bad reviews, but I am extremely disappointed in the service I received tonight.

Staff was very courteous and prompt on a busy Friday night. Some delay is expected when it's busy, but it's not unreasonable. Food is good, standard americana fare. Only complaint is about the limited beer selection. No IPAs or anything dark, just your basic domestic selection.
