Applebee's Grill + Bar - Restaurant in Milford - 91 Medway Rd #1, USA

I go to this Milford location pretty regularly with my stepdad who lives in a nursing home nearby. He likes the prices, especially for the glass of beer special. 😂 But I don't mind because the food is always hot & freshly made, cooked how you order it, and the waitstaff are always pleasant and check in regularly. Which is more than I can say for a lot of fancier restaurants in Boston where I live. Basic food, nothing special. But consistently cooked & served pleasantly. Clean restaurant with wheelchair ramps inside & out, high chairs & kid/family friendly. Nice big free parking lot. Never had a horrible meal in the last 2 yrs going there. Great cheeseburgers and good appetizers. Had a waitress that was awful once, last year and never happened again. Definitely recommend, great local eats for a good price.

It's an okay restaurant. Alcoholic drinks are too expensive. They now charge for the juice added to one drink. For example, if you order a vodka with cranberry they charge you for the shot of vodka and then 85 cents for the cranberry juice. Companies are making record astronomical prophets yet they nickel and dime the average person. It's perverse.

Been coming here for the past 4 years with my fiance on our dinner date nights and special occasions at times. We were a bit unsatisfied, we were checked in by the guy at the door and got us a table with our little 2 year old, took Riley almost about 40 minutes to even ask us what we wanted for drinks. My fiance sometimes has a margarita drink, she is always asked to show an ID every single trip, all of a sudden this time she was not asked to show one (unsure if that is part of your guidelines). Riley did not give us any time frame/updates on how the food was going as we waited almost an hour, she walked past us about 10 times not even to take a single second to reassure us on how our food was going. Coming from someone who does Customer Service for the past 8 years, I definitely recommend looking out for your customers a little more. Other than that, Restaurant is great, food is wonderful and there are members there that we love. This was just one of those days.

Came here for late night around 11:30pm on a Friday. Greeted immediately upon entry with an unenthusiastic hostess who sat my party at an already filthy table and left before we could recognize it was dirty. We waited for the waitress to appear and she immediately noticed the filthy table, apologized, and brought us to a different clean table. The floors throughout the restaurant had to be the filthiest carpeted floors I have seen at an eatery and looked like they hadn’t vacuumed or cleaned in days. The waitress took care of us and our food arrived quick enough. Some food was great and others terrible, so 3 stars for food. The miserable hostess hung around the restaurant playing on her phone and wallowing in her misery. I’ve been to Applebees over the year many many many times and this experience in Milford, MA falls near the absolute bottom of experiences.

Awful. Manager aggressively came up to us and told us we were not allow to share food when my girlfriend just wanted 1 wings. Just one. He was overweight and unkept and looked like he hadn’t showered in weeks. His name was tim mccaron and he shouldn’t be around food or customers. Ordered 2 dinners through door dash to the hotel. They first claimed Applebees gave my order away and had to remake it but somehow received cold steak, sides and zero silverware. All in all 68.00 spent on a junk Friday night dinner.

Great service. Really good food. Drinks were on point tonight was a great night. Thank you so much.

We had a spectacular time. Jules was our server. She was friendly and outgoing. She made sure that we had everything that we could need. We hever had to track her down for anything. If you want a superb expirenace make sure you ask for jules(short one with pigtails and gummy bear earings). Give this girl a raise.
