Applebee's Grill + Bar - Restaurant in Springfield - 1349 Boston Rd, USA

I visited Applebee's on Boston Rd and found the staff to be friendly and attentive, quickly serving me upon arrival. However, I was a little disappointed with the freshness of the food and the watered down drinks. The server could have checked in more often, but overall, the experience was average.

This location is clean and well maintained. The staff did their job very well. I got the fried chicken sandwich and it was properly cooked. The beer was cold and very tasty in a chilled mug. I would definitely return.

Excellent fish and chips. The fish is FRESH. Ask for Alexis E as your server she is the best 👍

Some restaurant chainsaws better than others. This particular Applebee's is clean and cozy. They have numerous and tasty specials to fit every budget. Caitlin was our server and was doubling as the bartender. She didn't miss a beat. My brother commented on her being "a breath of fresh air." Good food in the neighborhood is their slogan and that's what our experience was tonight.

I came here with two of my friends, and we sat at the bar. Kelly took awesome care of us! I ordered the Rock and Berry Rita, and my friend ordered the Long Island. We didn't end up getting entrees because we got full on our appetizers. We ordered the loaded fries and the pretzel! Both were really good. Solid place to get a meal and relax!

Food was good, price was high. I thought that I’ll be able to get a deal for the appetizers, and the waitress didn’t tell me the time had expired to get the deal when I placed my order in the restaurant. Unfortunately, I paid full price for all the appetizers I ordered, and she didn’t even consider that we got there a few minutes before 5pm, we just had to wait to be seated,!because the staff were busy attending other people. I was better off getting an entree deal instead for the ridiculous priced I paid. I won’t be coming back to this location anymore. The food was good, just wasn’t worth the price.

My Server she was amazing!!!!!!!!! But Long story short, the food was terrible. 23$ rib eye I could not even cut it was supposed to medium well. Buffalo wings not even edible. Spinach artichoke dip was the only thing. I personally will never go there again. I do not recommend. Unless you want chips and salsa. Even the mozzarella stick. I could not eat it. I feel bad.****note A1 packets. They need to cut it out and be a fast food place.

used to be good here. my burger was disgusting, texture was gross. waffle fries PUTRID, tasted like old fryer grease. i barely even got any on the plate either. went to take burgers off the bill and the waitress was flippant about it, said she's gonna get the manager to talk to us because she "doesn't wanna deal with him." sounds like abusive management, which doesn't help the case that i don't want to eat here. not paying $50 for two awful textured burgers and cold fries. horrible here. i used to eat here all the time, now i never wanna come back. only thing good was mozz sticks and shirley temple.
