Applebee's Grill + Bar - Restaurant in Chino - 3956 Grand Ave, USA

Apple Bees continues to be the far cry from years past. The menu is filled with items that can be spot-on delicious, and horrifically disappointing. Patrons should just regard Apple Bees as a place for simple bar food. Ironically, their burgers are not one of the bar items I would ever get again. Charging restaurant prices for their burgers that are cooked well done and dried out to the point you would have to drench it in ketchup or another sauce of your choosing. The steaks are drenched in butter when served and therefore tasty, but you can still see they are serving Choice grade meat. Lemonades and other similar drinks continue to taste like they were dispensed out of a commercial bag. Better just stick to the sodas or water. The only save from my limited experience here was how friendly the service was. The staff at this location were very nice and attentive. Apple Bees has achieved the ultimate neighborhood commercialized restaurant that you find in most planned communities.

Danny was our server and he was so kind and very patient with our menu requests. Loved the service Danny provided for us. Give him a raise, he deserves it :)

The burger was dry, but it tasted pretty good, so it wasn't bad. Service was fast, and the food came out to our table within 5-10 minutes, and this was with 4 different orders. Overall pretty good

First of all I want to start with my kids telling me about the waitress being rude to them . After they asked for something . She would say I know honey I can see, I'll bring it to you right now. It was the tone she was saying it to them but to us she was being cool until the end when it was time to pay my wife pay with gift cards that she gets from doing surveys . She said here you go honey here's your beautiful receipts. Is the way that she said it the tone that she used to say it. Why is Applebee's participating in giving away gift cards if they're not going to honor them. Maybe Applebee's shouldn't participate in the fetch app that gives gift cards.

2 for 30$ are legit, got a medium steak cooked perfectly with garlicky green beans and three cheese mac and cheese with Applewood bacon , from food to service was on point definitely coming back.

The food was great, and the appetizers were even better. Service was a bit neglectful. The atmosphere was good.

Some of my groups food was tasty, some cold, and the rest was not so tasty. Our server was in her own little world. A group came in after us and got their food and drinks before us. Our order was wrong when we told our server. She acted as if it was the first she heard of it, until she looked at her order pad. Guess one could say this was one rotten apple.

So the experience with applebee's this past week was very bad,. I really wanted to have chicken tenders which online look amazing. So me and my husband go in and order I get the chicken Tender plate he gets pasta with tenders on top and OMG. Let me tell you my mouth drops. They were shriveled up little pieces of hard chicken. I've never seen chicken tenders look that way , I asked for My fries to be unsalted and they give them to me loaded with salt. I just think that restaurants get away with false advertisement and it's not right. I am not a picky person but when you get chicken tenders that are litearly shriveled chicken there is a problem. I did talk to the waitress and told her that this is not what I wanted to order. She did give me an attitude and was not liking that I said that I was very polite but I was not gonna pay for a meal that looked the Way it did and not enjoy my food. And I did taste it and it was tough and dry. So my opinion and my experience. This location is not good and i'm just going to find another applebee's .
