We love to stop at Applebee's for the Wonton Tacos, Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp, a lemonade, and a long island iced tea (for the wife)lol. The servers and bar tenders have always been friendly, I've never been disappointed at Applebee's.

Worst service I have ever received! Wait time for waitress and food was very long. My friend's order was incorrect and had to be remade. She requested it to go at that point. Could hear kitchen staff yelling obscenities from kitchen and we were to front of restaurant. Even other patrons made comments of language being heard. Waitress was pleasant but because of kitchen service ended up being unusually slow. Very disappointed. Made me wonder if there was management change. Obviously no one in charge to ensure smooth operation.

I ordered a carside to go order and when I got home the food was wrong. It was a busy Friday night so I understood. I spoke to the manager, Jerry, and he offered to bring me the correct items to my home since I had already driven there. NEVER have I had such great customer service. I have also never had any issue with this Applebee's. The food is always great and the one time it wasn't, it was QUICKLY corrected. Thank you Jerry, that was true customer service!

Wanted to experience happy hour with family. No hostess available to set us. We enter the bar area. And order what we needed to from the bartender. Very helpful. We had a event to attend to. We hadfigure that we had given ourselves enough time for cocktail. Everything work out for the best.

I love coming here to see Ginger. She is the best bartender. Jackie in the back is always happy and full of energy and makes sure the food is cooked perfectly. I love this place.

Just had the Wonton Tacos 🌮 😋 🤪 Yum! Those are my favorites. Also had the Bourbon Bacon Burger. Food was hot and fresh, waitress and manager were wonderful. Fries wee hot and crispy good.
