We ordered 3 dinners. The chicken fingers platter and the mushroom Swiss burger were great. The chicken bacon ranch sandwich had no bacon and only a drop of ranch. The chocolate dessert came only with the ice cream and sauce, no cake! They forgot to include the cake part of the dessert! Very disappointing!
Decided to give this place another chance after not being there for a year or so what a bad decision that was. Faith was our server and she was great, however the food was mediocre to say the least. Steak was like rubber and not cooked to order, did eat most of it because I was too hungry to wait. If I could give a negative rating on cleanliness I would! Table was sticky and the cups were not clean! Saw the manager 1 time as his under staffed ran trying to control the dinner rush and he only checked on 1 table glad he did not come to ours.
After sitting there for 10 to 12 minutes waitress finally graced our presence and asked us what we wanted for we told her that we wanted a shot and a drink a piece and I thought I'd speed thing up by asking for the appetizers right then the appetizers came out before the drinks which was 15 minutes and the drinks followed about 5 minutes after we started eating the appetizers and had our drinks and still nobody had asked us what we wanted for the main course after another 20 minutes the server finally came over and I told her to give me a bill because I wasn't staying there any longer she went to the back and told the manager that there was an issue and send her out the manager came out with an attitude and started talking down to me I tried to explain to her what was going on and she tried to cut me off in the middle of talking I said to her I'm sorry can I please get the bill I don't want to talk to you she made a disc noise through her teeth and I said that she wasn't any smarter than the girl who served us she yelled out loud well I'll pay for your meal that you can leave now after she walked almost to the kitchen show the whole dining area could hear what she had to say this was very embarrassing and rude for professional service staff to treat people like that their entire job works off the fact that they be nice to people so they can get more money because they work for tips and these people treated me like garbage me and my girlfriend I truly hope anybody who reads this will not waste their time and going to this restaurant
UPDATE: Came back to give them another shot and the food was phenomenal and the service was amazing. Patrick was very friendly and made us feel very welcome!
Came with my wife and son. We sat down and waited for a little over 13 minutes for a server to get us drinks and such or even acknowledge us. After ordering drinks and food we waited an additional 41 minutes to get our appetizers which came out cold and UNAPPETIZING... after waiting another 22 minutes our food finally came out only for all of it to be cold and look sloppily thrown onto the plate. After eating our food we had to wait an additional 27 minutes for a new server to come to our table to help us pay. (We had 5 separate servers the entire time we visited) once they finally came we paid and left. Extremely disappointed as this was our first time out at an Applebees and it was such an atrocious experience. It was not even that busy... Buyer beware save your money and go elsewhere...
I spend about $60 minimum when eating at this location. They're bourbon chicken with shrimp is so tender compliments to the Dinner time Cook chef. Waitresses do live off of tips so don't forget to tip them for this Amazing service.
We stopped into Applebees for a quick lunch and sat at the bar. We had Chyna as our bartender/server and she was a hoot! Nothing is better than a fun bartender. She was hysterical and it was an amazing experience! Will definitely be back

Me and a friend met here for lunch service was great the food was good. But the idiots in the booth behind us kept face timing, so we got to hear their drama plus the person they we're talking to drama. Some people should eat at home till they learn how to act in a public place
