Applebee's Grill + Bar - Restaurant in Ocean Township - 2301 NJ-66, USA

For Applebee's this place is good. But, it's Applebee's so take that how you will. Wings weren't bad but not my favorite sauces. The quesadilla burger was pretty good actually, best thing I ate all night. Tasted good and stayed together while I ate it which is a plus. The onion rings weren't much different than what you can buy from the frozen section at a grocery store, pretty run of the mill and nothing special. The chips that come with salsa and dips are okay. The buffalo chicken sandwich was fine. Fries were pretty good although very standard. The service was actually very good, which is a common theme at this location. The manager and waitress were very accommodating for a birthday dinner we had here. And our waitress was very enthusiastic, happy, and was able to joke with our lively group.

Good food. Our server was nice, but disappeared more than once. She was gone for over 30 minutes when we were ready to pay and even the bartender couldn't find her.

Waited a half an hour for anyone to come back to check on me while seated at the bar. Finally had to stand up by my chair to indicate I was leaving before a bartender noticed me to close me out. Was going to get dessert but so aggravated with the lack of service decided against it.

Ordered the 2 meals $26 2 burgers bacon cheese burger and classic cheeseburger ask for Pink both were dry like hockey puck mozzarella sticks were the Only edible thing! For $29 I was VERY disappointed ..I asked for salt & pepper packs was told they didn't have any.... Applebee's really went down.. very disappointed ..would've been better off going to 5 Guys..called restaurant and still haven't heard back from a manager , just wasted $29.. Applebees was Always good..What happened ?

My friends and I ate at Applebee's near Asbury Park Beach after we went to the beach. Good selection of delicious food. However, one of my friends didn't like what she got. As for me, my fish and chips were "almost" perfect. It would have been perfect if they had sweet potato fries instead of the regular fries.

We ate there for Veterans night. The service and respect for my husband was wonderful. We love the boneless wings. And the burgers of course.

horrible service ribs need a chain saw to cut the promoted fall off the bone meat! yes with a chain saw ! shrimp and steak. shrimp okay streak rare tougher than beef jerky meal was total 65.58$ I personally gave the horrible waitress 15$ then asked for the manager she offered me to just pay drinks .. i said keep the money full tab and additional tip ! i came for a meal Five Guys next door would have shamed them !! Horrible have photos to prove it…wow they are horrible!! i wish i could post there response wow .. i have it saved

I love Applebee's. Great prices, awesome service, tasty food. They are doing a great job accommodating their customers during this pandemic.
