Applebee's Grill + Bar - Restaurant in Eugene - 2300 W 11th Ave, USA

I'll start by saying our server was excellent. Now for the bad. They have "all you can eat" menu but cut you off after 6 extra portions, that is definitely not "all you can eat" that in itself is false advertisement and against the law. Please brush up on your menu options. Absolutely ridiculous

We had a great food server. The restaurant was clean. We ordered some drinks that were great. Queso and chips were delicious. However, the salad had too much water at the bottom of the bowl, and the hamburger tasted like a turkey burger. Will not be ordering those again.

07/02/2022 I did an online order for pickup. I ordered the chicken tenders plate for $11.79 with honey mustard. I also ordered a side order of the loaded mac and cheese for $2.99. The chicken tenders were alright. The fries were pretty good. But I really enjoyed the mac and cheese!

Not usually a fan of big chain restaurants but my daughter likes to eat here and we were out to kill some time. Was pleasantly surprised by how good my sandwich was. Fast polite service and delicious mixed drinks. Will say have been to Gateway location and was unimpressed.

The Applebee's here is clean. The service is quite good. The food is what you would expect in a chain restaurant. Not outstanding, but good and plentiful. I like their BBQ ribs and their onion soup particularly. Good place to go with hungry teenagers. Good variety and fast service.

I don’t leave reviews almost ever but this needs one. The service is amazing very nice employees. The food is beyond great and wherever I go when I get steaks their always small but this steak was perfect in every way, taste, size, savory flavor and the fries I don’t know what they do to them but these are probably the best fries I’ve ever had. Not to mention we live about 25 mins away 35 with traffic and when we got back the food was still warm including the fries. 5 stars well earned thank you for your service.

I was hoping to leave a better review! Stopped in here my wife's food seem to be very good but mine on the other hand was dry and I didn't get enough of Au Jus and ask for more and still never got it. I was drinking a Hefeweizen and they ran out of that I only had one. There was no other replacement. So I had water. The place seemed clean and not very busy. Not sure I'll come back here. If I do I will review.

The food was absolutely terrible. I asked for a medium rare steak and they gave me an extremely RARE steak. It was very much luke warm in the middle and I opted to just eat around the very center of the steak. The potatoes were good. Green beans were clearly from a can and were mushy and soggy, plus there was more garlic than green beans. I could tell the waiter was not very happy to hear us say we didn’t want boxes when we clearly had food left on our plates. Applebees should go on Kitchen Nightmares.
