You can get all you can eat but it takes a long time between plates, the taste was good just every time you reorder they only bring five or six small pieces out and they try to fill you up with fries. See pictures, you’ll get a laugh out of it though.

Ms.Christina was a sweetheart. Her service was pleasant. I started with the always good chicken tortilla soup. I ordered the riblets. The BBQ sauce was a good tangy and sweet. The loaded mashed potatoes are always a delight. The restaurant was very clean.

Excellent food, service and atmosphere. First visit, will return. Bourbon steak, mashed taters, quesadilla burger, fries, side salad, mozzarella sticks and onion rings.

The food is really good. I love the breakfast burger without the added spices (gets a little salty). I'd recommend going when it isn't busy. There seem to be more errors with orders during the busy times. With that said, any issues were promptly resolved. The staff is very customer centric. The coffee isn't great.

I came for the all you can eat wings/ribs/shrimp and fries for $15. Upon arrival it was obvious the hostesses were overwhelmed. We had two groups skip ahead of us because of the poor organization and direction. But thankfully, we were eventually seated. Once seated our waitress was friendly however with a packed house she chose to not write anything down. The only thing she got correct the whole time was the beverages and the first flavor of wings. Literally everything else had something wrong with it. But I could forgive all of that. The worst of it all is the way they trick you into thinking it's all you can eat. I waited 25 minutes for my first order of wings and received the expected 10 wings. After finishing that I waited another 18 minutes for 5 pathetic peieces of shrimp. After that another 10 minutes for 5 wings. I was extremely disappointed and it is my belief that if your going to advertise all you can eat I should be able to order shrimp and wings at the same time and not have to wait 20 minutes between dishes. This was a pathetic experience and probably the worst I have ever had at an Applebee's. The only reason I didn't speak to a manger is we had been there for 2 hours waiting. We waited 2 hours for 15 wings and 5 tiny shrimp. Please don't expect your money's worth when doing the all you can eat.

We ordered all you can eat boneless ribs, shrimp, breadsticks, water & my husband ordered beer. We got our food & water. My husband never got his beer. He asked about it & we were told they need to refresherize the tap. It was 45 minutes, still no beer. Waitress said, she would have her manager bring it. And 15 minutes later still didn't have it. Everyone else that came in after us received their beer. Manager finally came to the table to ask if he wanted his beer. I said, No, just our check. The manager apologized as he walked away from our table. What Manager apologizes as walking away from the customer? This is so unprofessional & disrespectful. This place has definitely gone down hill in customer service. 👎👎

Chef should not use cabbage core in Oriental salad. Had lunch today, Jan 30, 2024 and salad was definitely not up to par. Must be a new cook because I have always enjoyed this salad.

3 star food, 5 star customer service!! My friend and I were was served by Amber. When my wings were not exactly what I was expecting, Amber sent over Deb the manager. They made up for the inconvenience and displayed excellent customer service. their priority was clearly customer satisfaction. Very well done, ladies. The restaurant was pretty chill and not busy at 10:00 pm on a Friday night. I do not recommend the boneless chicken wings anymore because they have gone down hill and are full of gristle. The pretzel appetizer was yummy and salty!
