Typical Applebees. Nice waiter and he wasn’t too pushy as I only went in to kill time. The food was pretty good and fresh. Would go back for a quick meal.

Amazing food, bursting with flavor! They made the app so easy to use. And my food can be ready ASAP! I love the choices and the prices. When I pull into the curbside pickup, within minutes an employee is walking out to check on me, either to get my name and make sure they have the order ready, or bringing me my order. They are so fast and so wonderful and the employees make it such a joy every step of the way! I just love Applebee's!!

My family went to Applebee's for lunch. My husband's burger was under done it was supposed to not have any pink. My husband had to eat around the pink but ultimately only eat about half of it. The waiter was told about his burger but did not try to do anything to fix the issue after it was brought to his attention. He couldn't answer questions about the menu. They forgot my daughter's burger which took 15 minutes longer we gave her some of our food so she wasn't sitting there watching us eat. They messed up 3 of the meals. There was only one other table with customers when we came in. The broccoli chicken Alfredo was good but the bread sticks had to have been from the previous day because they were hard and being that it was just lunch time there's they should be fresh. The mozzarella sticks were very good nice flavor and had a good crisp to them.

We had a wonderful time. We were seated immediately. The food was amazing, and our waitress Amy was just perfect. She made sure our order was just right. She was always on top of our drinks. We had a lovely dinner, I definitely recommend.

We are regular customers of Applebee's and fine it a very good and relaxing place to dine. We have encountered Amy as our waiters several times, and have enjoyed her understanding of the and polite service!

Took awhile to be seated. Servers were everywhere and bouncing around. Not in their own section, as it should be. Ordered the oriental salad and my friend got the chicken alfredo. They were both dry, needed more dressing and sauce. Waited another 10 minutes just to receive that. But besides that the food was good and my server, although he ran off a lot, was very informative and nice. Needs more organization and leadership in my opinion.

I had several bonus cards. Some locations will let you use more than one. They do state you can only use 1 per visit. I handed them several and asked them to use as many as possible, then use my CC card for the rest. They went back and when they came back they said they could only use 1 so because they could not use them all, they did use any and put everything on my card. Sometime you have to question where the disconnect. I knew there was a chance they would not use more than 1, but to not use any is just stupidity as they expire very quickly. The GM was super rude about it and put blame on me for trying to use more than one. HAHA, I guess I am the problem.

Waited for service at a table and was ignored. Moved to the bar for service. Order was taken, wrong drink was brought to my husband. Continued to wait for my drink, the bartender made several other drinks, waited on customers. Still no drink. Ended up leaving. Poor service, and not enough staff ruined our lunch
