Applebee's Grill + Bar - Restaurant in Salem - 747 Lancaster Dr NE, USA

Haven't been here in years. The service was on point. The food was excellent. It was warm and cozy inside with a friendly atmosphere. The wait for food was very reasonable. Two thumbs up

This was my first time in an Applebee's restaurant. The waitress wasn't friendly, and the food was ok. Nothing memorable. The finger cheese was still frozen...

I like that there are so many options to choose from and that my favorites remain on their menu. The restaurant is nice sized, and we seldom have to wait to be seated. It is also clean and has a nice atmosphere. I also like that their prices are still affordable and that I haven't seen the large increases other restaurants have imposed. Overall, it is a place I look forward to eating at when we're in Salem.

We went early on a weekday so it wasn't busy, we took advantage of their all you can eat special ( Riblets, Wings, Double Crunch Shrimp ) the food was delicious,out waitress was friendly and on top of our re-orders

There were 3 of us. Waitresses are all wonderful. The only complaint I think is the food was not hot. I had the 6oz with shrimp and mash potatoes and broccoli. You can keep the onion rings, they were good nice and crispy. But everything was cold.

I came here with my family of 8. We ordered Two medium milesticks which both came medium rare one, was sent back and it was given back to us still medium rare. We made sure to be respectful and polite to the server. I still work lately disappointed in the service that we received. We spent well over a hundred and fifty dollars. On service that was absent and not very attentive. On food where to quote my daughter "the potatoes tasted like wet dog" We were very disappointed with the food and service we received and will be sure not to return to this restaurant again. It's mine as ruined applebee's for us for good unfortunately. Previously we had really enjoyed every visit to applebee's we have ever had

Lupe, Kelsey and Sierra are amazing! They made this magnificent meal even better! We started with bbq boneless wings and they were a perfect start to an astounding meal! I've never envied baked potatoes until today! Everything has been so amazing and awesome that I'm already planning on coming back. I'm more of a ribeye girl, but this sirloin.... WOW!!!!! We had 8oz sirloin with shrimp and i cant wait to come back for more. The service is a 10 out of 10 as is the food.

So I used to work here and they can't seem to give enough hours to even try to make ends meet, I got one day a week of maybe 5hrs a shift and when I lost my apartment and was struggling they basicly told me that there was nothing they could do, so because they can't seem to give me more hrs and because I wasn't ok with the lack thereof I don't work there. They refuse to even try to accommodate me with something else which was very possible they chose to let me suffer. I've lost my house, and my relationship because they do NOT care about there employees 😒
