Applebee's Grill + Bar - Restaurant in Inverness - 1901 W Main St, USA

I got the appetizer platter and everything was COLD... The chicken quesadillas were nasty because they were cold and soaked in oil. Cheese on the S&A dip was so cold it hardened and made it impossible to dip my chips into. Mozzarella sticks were so cold, the cheese in them seized up and was hard. The chicken seemed like grocery store chicken. My husband had the all you can eat chicken, shrimp. The batter to the shrimp was gross so he peeled it off. The BBQ sauce is not that good either. What happened to Applebee's I don't remember their food being that bad. I will not be going back. Should of spent my money elsewhere. Ugh... What a waste of $40.00. Also the restaurant needs some new upholstery and the ceiling cleaned, Or just bulldoze it and rebuild the building is old.

They did amazing. We showed up with no reservations and a table of 15. We had part of the softball team go to eat after a game. We had the most fantastic waiter named Jake (from state farm) is how we remembered him, he did everything perfectly from the drinks to the food and everything in between, he was absolutely the best. Everyone's food was on point and we had no issues at all. We will definitely be back the next time we are in the area. Thank you

It was busy at 5:30 pm on a Wednesday but we were seated at booth near the bar immediately. Drink orders taken by the bartender. We ordered the steak dinner daily special and a spicy chicken sandwich. My friend's steak was med rare with potatoes and broccoli. Steak was decent for a 9.99 steak dinner and so was my sandwich. The food was brought out as soon as it was ready so the fries, etc were hot. No complaints whatsoever and we are becoming regulars because of all the above; service, quality and price. Great bartender, wish I'd remembered her name but we'll be back.

Enjoyed food, drinks, and conversation with family. I wasn't sure about the quesadilla cheeseburger, but it was delicious. I ate the whole thing. I also had a "Perfect Margarita", which was also yummy. Our server was Albie. He was awesome! Very attentive and great personality. Thank you to Albie for a wonderful experience!

My salmon was pretty good. I sat at the bar. I asked for salt and pepper and I was given a handful of to‐go little packets. Really? I can't get a salt shaker? Here's a tip, when a customer orders, give him everything he'll need before his food is delivered. I ate half my potatoes before I got salt and pepper.

Excellent meal. Great service. Drinks were weak but that's to be expected. Would definitely recommend

I have not eaten at this Applebee's in a very long time because I always thought it was terrible, but my Daughter talked to me into giving it one more try... Never again!! We got the 2 for $25 special, My Daughter got the Chicken Tenders and she got three tiny little Chicken Tenders that truly would have equaled probably one in the real World. I asked our waiter about it and he was absolutely unconcerned about helping us so we just suffered in silence. I got Fiesta Lime Chicken, It wasn't the worst, but I substituted the mashed potatoes for the rice, because last time the rice was hard & crunchy, the mashed potatoes were much like glue.. so that was a no win... I also had to track our server down to get our check and then he didn't come back to get my card, my family went out to the vehicle as we'd been sitting there so long & my 3-year-old Granddaughter was getting antsy. I was sitting there by myself for plus 15 minutes, I finally got up and went looking for a Manager. I was finally able to pay my bill... No one said I'm sorry, as a matter of fact no one seemed to care at all... I'm not going back, I don't recommend it to you either!!

Blue Raspberry iced tea was delicious. Steaks were cooked like we ordered and were very tasty but tough and burnt on the edges. Broccoli was pretty skimpy but good!
